TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
General: The Nostra Homes Autumn Choice Promotion is valid from Friday the 1st of May 2015
until 5pm Sunday the 31st of May 2015. To be eligible purchasers must pay an initial $2,000 deposit
to Nostra Homes by 5pm Sunday the 31st of May 2015. This offer is only valid on Nostra Homes
standard home designs from our home design range and is not valid on any fixed price house and
land packages from our Mova by Nostra range. To see home designs that are included please visit

Choice 1 Designer Bathroom Pack: The Designer Bathroom Pack includes ceramic tiles from the
builders category 1 range only. 20mm stone benchtops can be chosen from builders range only.
Spa bath to bathroom will be chosen by builder from the builders range only.
Choice 2 Designer Kitchen Pack: 40mm stone benchtops and stone waterfall edge panels to
kitchen can be chosen from builders range only. The Designer Kitchen Pack includes gloss laminate
cabinetry only, gloss laminate cabinetry can be chosen from builders range only, vinyl gloss
cabinetry and vinyl matt cabinetry are not included, Glass splashback to kitchen can be chosen
from builders range only.
Choice 3 Designer Electric Pack: The Designer Electric Pack includes LED downlights to each room
within the home only, LED Downlights to garage and alfresco are not included. LED downlights
are to be chosen by builder from builders range only. A total of 20 LED downlights only will be
offered as part of this promotion, any additional LED Downlights requested by the purchaser will
be charged to the purchaser. The ducted vacuum system is to be chosen by the builder from the
builders range only.
Design Consultation with Bec Douros: The Design Consultation with Bec Douros must take place
during the colour selection process at the Nostra Homes Showroom. Design Consultation with
Bec Douros will be dependent on the availability of Bec Douros, a suitable time for your colour
selection appointment and design consultation with Bec Douros will be made via Nostra Homes
head office. In the event that Bec Douros is unable to attend the colour selection appointment at
the nominated time and an alternative appointment is not possible, the client will be presented with
a $500 voucher to spend in the Nostra Homes showroom. All consultations with Bec Douros will be
undertaken in conjunction with a Nostra Homes representative as part of the colour selection process.
