Senior Week Social Policy - Office for Campus Life
Senior Week 2015 Senior Week Social Policy By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the following rules, without exception, during Senior Week as well as the regular University policies and procedures as outlined on the Student Affairs website. 1. Senior Week tickets cannot be purchased or used by a Tufts Senior who has not read this form. 2. In order to participate in Senior Week, individuals must have completed all graduation requirements by May 2015 or made individual arrangements with the Assistant Director of Campus Life. 3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. 4. Individuals without a valid Senior Week ticket and proper identification will not be admitted to events. 5. Tufts University ID must be produced upon request of any Senior Week Staff Member. Failure to do so could result in immediate expulsion of the event. 6. For 21+ events, two forms of positive identification must be provided to enter and to purchase alcohol at the events. One of these forms must be a valid Tufts University ID. The other form of identification must be a Driver’s License, Passport or other legal document. 7. All events have a “NO RE-ENTRY” policy. Once you are in the event, you may not leave and come back. 8. Individuals who are visibly intoxicated and/or verbally or physically harassing individuals (at the discretion of the Senior Week Staff) WILL NOT be admitted into events. Tufts students found vomiting or releasing other bodily substances will be removed from events and charged a bus cleaning fee for incidents occurring during transport. 9. Respect the Senior Week Staff (including, but not limited to, University Staff, Senior Week Staff, and members of the Senior Class Council). Any harassment of, or altercation with the staff is grounds for immediate removal from the event and further disciplinary action (including, but not limited to, fines and/or banning from graduation). 10. A guest of a Tufts Senior at Senior Gala is the responsibility of that Senior, who will be held accountable for the actions of their guest. Guests must have at least one form of positive identification (Driver’s License or Passport). 11. Senior Week Staff CANNOT accept any payment for admission at the time of an event (with the exception of Senior Gala at an increased price per person at the door). Any issues must be taken care of by 4 pm the day of the event. Any questions? Email Ashley.Tello@tufts.edu. I understand that violation of any/all of the aforementioned rules will result in my expulsion from or non-admission to an event and may require a fine and/or disciplinary action by the Dean of Student Affairs Office. I also acknowledge that participation in any Senior Week event is voluntary and not a requirement for graduation; and that I hereby waive and release any rights against Tufts, its trustees, agents, employees, students and alumni, to file a claim, demand, lawsuit or cause of action of any kind or nature whatsoever related to or arising out of my participation in a Senior Week program or activity. By purchasing Senior Week tickets I agree to the terms stated above.
