OMAN MEDICAL COLLEGE STRATEGIC PLANNING Operational
OMAN MEDICAL COLLEGE STRATEGIC PLANNING Operational Plan The operational plan has two types of endeavors, viz, Projects and Activities. Projects represent a time-bound outcome through a structured and goal-oriented programme. It always connects to a fixed timeframe. Every project has a leader assisted by a subcommittee of the faculty or and administrative staff. Projects may or may not be complete in itself.
