How to Book
Due to the popularity of our Children’s Parties you are
recommended to book at least one month in advance to avoid
disappointment. For the latest availability please telephone
01480 387900 or visit One Leisure Ramsey in person. When
you have agreed a suitable date and time please complete the
form inside.
How to Pay
The party must be paid IN FULL at the time of booking.
We accept payment by cash, debit card or credit card. There is
no surcharge for payments by debit or credit card. Cheque
payments are not accepted.

Party Food
One Leisure Ramsey does not have catering facilities and
therefore cannot provide party food. A pre-booked area can
be made available to you for 45 minutes after the finish time
of your party at the cost of £10.00. All party equipment will
be packed away after the first hour of your party. Party food
cannot be set up any earlier than the start time of the party
but if the party and food are to be held in different areas
(e.g. swimming pool parties), the food set up may not begin
any earlier than the end of the pool party.
Customer Information
• All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until
payment is received and you receive written confirmation.
• Cancellation must be made in writing at least 8 days in advance
otherwise the full charge is liable.
• An additional member of staff is £17.50 per hour if they are required as a
referee or if pool party numbers exceed 40.
• One Leisure reserves the right to cancel or change bookings if required.

• Children should be suitably dressed in swimwear or sportswear. No
jewellery should be worn.
• Parties can be booked on Saturday or Sundays.
• Sports hall parties can be booked at times commencing 15 minutes past
the hour.
• Pool parties for under 8’s will be restricted to the shallow end of the pool
by a dividing boom. All under 8’s will be requested to wear a Polo cap
(provided by the centre) for easy identification and restricted to standing
depth only.
• Staff should be notified of any medical conditions. Please bring
medicines if required.
• The provision of coaches or supervisory staff cannot be guaranteed.
One Leisure is managed by Huntingdonshire District Council.

Exclusive use of the pool which allows you and your friends
to enjoy the fun. Floats and toys are included and are suitable
for all ages ensuring everybody has a wet and wild time.
If children are under 8 years, one adult is required in the
water for every four children. An additional lifeguard will be

Funky Monkeys Party
One of our most popular parties ensuring children are active
throughout the entire party. A variety of games and activities
are included in the sports hall with fun as the main priority.
Children must wear non marking sports trainers. Staff are
included for up to 20 children. For over 20 children you are
required to pay for an additional member of staff.

We turn the sports hall into your child’s playhouse for
soft play fun with the bouncy castle, ball pool and other
giant soft toys. The children will not know where to go first!
Height restrictions apply for the bouncy castle.
Slippery fun on our fantastic 12 metre long inflatable. Try and
get past all the obstacles to reach the slide which goes down
into the deep end of the pool. Under 8’s are permitted in the
party but will not be allowed on the inflatable (if children are
under 8 years, one adult is required in the water for every
four children). Lifeguards are provided for a capacity of up
40 swimmers.
A fun group activity where you and your friends will learn
how to explore underwater with a qualified instructor.
All equipment will be supplied and participants must be able
to swim 50 metres and confident in deep water.

Win the Premiership on your birthday - this is the ultimate
party for all football fanatics. Book your party and go football
crazy on the outdoor synthetic pitch. We supply the footballs
and bibs for you, but you need to bring the referee.

Nerf Wars is a completely safe, fun and competitive activity
which involves foam firing blasters. Competing against your
friends, our trained staff will organise team games and
challenges plus test your individual skills at target practice and
shoot outs. The party will be held in the Nerf Battle Zone with
obstacles to dodge and hide behind.
