To accommodate both OHA and OFEA rules for 10 and under exhibitors the judges will be instructed as follows: For any W/T or W/J class that has 10 & Under exhibitors entered in the class, judges will fill out two judge’s cards – one for each set of rules. Back numbers will be color coded. Both will be announced. Only 1 set of ribbons per entry. There will be no placings under OHA rules for 10 & Under exhibitors showing in any non-10 & Under class. Please make your entries accordingly.
