ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Project Healthy Bones: A NORWESCAP/RSVP program. This low impact exercise program is designed for men and women diagnosed with or are at the risk of
osteoporosis. There are two classes available. One meets on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:30PM at the Senior Center and the other meets on Thursdays from 10:00am-11:30 at the Main Library
(Halsey Rd.). There is a suggested donation for the series. For more information or to register, contact Stan Gabay, 973-784-4900 ext.202, or email gabays@norwescap.org.
FREE Walking Club For Seniors: The club meets every Thursday at the PAL Building located at 33 Baldwin Rd. from 11 - 12. FREE FOR ALL PARSIPPANY RESIDENTS!

Four Decades of American Music: 1920-1960. A "Live Well, Age Smart Subscription Series" Program. Learn about the history and sounds of music in both new and familiar eras.
Presented by Dr. Robert Butts, a professor, composer, and conductor of the Baroque Orchestra of NJ. Preregister by April 15 at the reference desk at any library location or call 973-887-5150
ext. 109. Fee: $25 for the 4 week program - April 17, April 24, May 1 and May 8.

Tuesday, April 7, 7-8:15, Introduction to Trout Fishing. Glen Zweek, President of the North Jersey Chapter of Trout Unlimited will present on fly fishing, techniques, equipment, and give

Monday, April 27, 7:7:45: "Lake Hiawatha Laughter Club" Pradep Nair, Happiness Consultant will provide laughter and breathing exercises that are fun, relaxing, and guaranteed to reduce
