2015 Patricia Sullivan Awards
2015 Patricia Sullivan Leadership Award
In recognition of his commitment, vision and support, PCR was
honored to present County Executive Isiah Leggett with our 2015
Patricia Sullivan Leadership Award. Throughout his tenure as
County Executive, Mr. Leggett has consistently demonstrated his
strong personal commitment to the full inclusion of persons with
developmental differences into community life. He has done so
through innovative policies and programs, such as Montgomery
County’s employment initiative for persons with disabilities and
internship programs, and by directing county resources to support
the work of organizations, including PCR, that promote and serve
Montgomery County residents with developmental differences.
