The Michigan State University (MSU) Black Alumni Association has one of the largest scholarship funds of any alumni organization in the country. It is designated as
a tax exempt entity under section 501c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Over the years, the interest on the fund has provided over $800,000 in scholarships to
deserving MSU students. This Magic Johnson fundraising event will help jump start a Magic Johnson Scholarship Endowment and Expendable fund to assist MSU
students in achieving their educational goals.
