PROGRAM SPECIFICS: - Performance VolleyBall Group

Performance Beach Volleyball Club is excited to offer a unique and exciting Beach Volleyball
training opportunity for girls and boys ages 12-18.
Our Beach Club program incorporates sports-specific training by Core Athletics, tournament
play, and experienced instruction provided twice a week.
Performance Beach Volleyball Club is a 501c3 Non Profit. Our athletes are given community
service opportunities and have free access to workshops aimed at offering their families
information on topics such as nutrition, college prep and planning, sports psychology and more.
Performance Beach is proud to serve as Dane county’s PREMIER beach volleyball program and
be a part of the beach volleyball craze sweeping the country!!
PROGRAM SPECIFICS:

This program caters to girls and boys ages 12-18

Players must have current USAV membership

Season runs June 17th thru July 19th

Training sessions at Ten Pin Sports Complex in Fitchburg, WI

We train Mondays/Wednesdays from 12:30-2:00

Two USAV Junior Beach Tour play dates...included in your dues!


PERFORMANCE BEACH TRAINING LOCATION
All Beach training sessions will be held at Ten Pin Sports Complex, utilizing three sand courts. Ten Pin
is located in Fitchburg, WI on hwy 18/151 (Verona Rd), minutes from the beltine (hwy 12/18). Ten Pin’s
facilities provide an excellent venue for parents/siblings to enjoy the sun as well!
PROGRAM OPTIONS/FEES
Performance Beach Club will offer two programs that will focus on player and team development for
Sand Doubles:

Performance Beach Club is designed for volleyball players interested in competing in sand
doubles at a high skill level, training Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Program cost: $260.

Performance Beach Developmental Program is an introduction to sand doubles for players with
limited playing experience, training Mondays only, no tournaments. Program cost: $150.

Program fees are due in full when registering. There are no refunds associated with this program!

Performance Beach Participant Waiver, Release of Claims, Acknowledging Financial Policy
As a participant/parent/guardian in this program, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain
risks of physical injury and I agree to assume full risk of any injuries, damages, or loss which I/my
child/my ward may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with this
program. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I/my child/my ward may have as a result of
participating in this program against the Performance Beach Volleyball Club and its officers, agents, and
employees. I do hereby fully release and discharge the Performance Beach Volleyball Club and its
officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims from injuries, damage, or loss which I/my
child/my ward may have or which may accrue to me/them on account of my/our participation in this
program. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Performance Beach Volleyball
Club and it’s officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages,
and losses sustained by me/them and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the
activities of this program. I have read and fully understand the above program details and
financial/refund specifics and waiver/release of all claims.
