Schedules Personal Training Spring/Summer 2015 Small Group Personal Training Small group training offers you the opportunity to train with a group of 4-15 participants . Through small group training, you will enjoy the benefits of individualized instruction from a certified personal trainer at an affordable price. Your trainer will help you achieve your fitness goals faster by providing motivation to succeed as well as the appropriate exercise progressions for each member of the group. Functional Muscle Camp - 8 weeks (14 sessions) Tuesday & Thursday 6:35a.m. - 7:25 a.m. Do you want to become fitter and build muscle at the same? Then the Functional Muscle camp is for you! Building muscle is essential for overall health and wellness; muscle plays a big role in metabolic health, bone strength and body weight control. This twice per week practical camp will focus on the basic training and planning of muscle building; in each session, registrants will be introduced to various training methodologies including high intensity training that will help to achieve the best results. This is an active class; A qualified personal trainer will be in charge of designing the workouts and the class will be small enough so they can provide individualized supervision as well as providing tips, guidance and advice as needed. Then this training camp is for you. Through each session registrants will learn the basics of strength training by focusing on one element of a strength training program at a time. In each session registrants will be introduced to different exercises and will be shown strategies to manipulate them so that they can be used in a strength training program. All sessions are active and registrants will learn how best to organize exercises, resting time, intensity and tempo to optimize the achievement of strength goals. A qualified personal trainer will be in charge of designing the workouts and the class will be small enough so they can provide individualized supervision as well as providing tips, guidance and advice as needed.
