No entries may be removed before 4pm

CONDITIONS (ALL CLASSES)
1.ENTRY FORM AND ENTRY FEES should be sent to the Association prior to Friday, 17th
July 2015.
ENTRY FEE: Adult $4.00 PER ENTRY (INCLUDING GST)
Paper Craft $2.50 PER ENTRY (INCLUDING GST)
Junior $2.50 PER ENTRY (INCLUDING GST)
Please make Cheques and Money Orders payable to: Pine Rivers A.H. & I. Association
2.All exhibits must - be the artists own work, outside of a classroom/workshop, not have
previously won prizes in the Pine Rivers Show. Entries to be painted/made in the last 12 to 18
months. They may however be entered for sale, these works are not eligible for Judging and
must be clearly marked NOT FOR JUDGING.
3.The Chief Steward reserves the right to declare a non-competition in any class in which there
are less than three (3) entries.
4. A commission of 25% will be retained on all sales.
5.All care will be taken of Exhibits, but the society will not be responsible for loss or damage to
Exhibits.
6.The Association reserves the right to reproduce any entry for publicity, in any media form for
the duration of the show.
7.PLEASE RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT FOR ENTRY FEES. YOU MUST PRODUCE THIS AS PROOF
OF OWNERSHIP OF ITEMS WHEN COLLECTING ENTRIES AT CLOSURE OF THE SHOW.
8.EVERY INDIVIDUAL ITEM MUST BE LISTED ON AN ENTRY FORM.
9.Items for Sale MUST HAVE A PRICE TAG ATTACHED – showing name or code (first three
letters of surname) and price. Those not for Sale are to be mark NFS
10.Any nominated Prize monies may be substituted with a voucher or goods
11.The Chief Steward has the right to determine matters relating to any Class in Section 9.
Special Notes: All Adult’s Entries are automatically into the Adult Champion of Show. All Junior
Entries are automatically into the Junior Champion of Show. All Rules and
Conditions of Entry for other classes also apply for Champion of Show Classes.
