The Core Matters Project - NEW
This evidence-based program empowers kids to handle life’s
challenges. The COREMatters Project builds empathy and
respect in kids by teaching them how to handle adversity in
respectful, constructive and non-violent ways. Through fun
physical activities, exciting role-playing games, and reflective
discussion, this 10-session program prepares kids to effectively
deal with issues such as bullying and peer pressure. Research
done in partnership with Governors State University proves
that The COREMatters Project works! Class will be held on
Wednesdays and is open to children entering 4th-6th grade.
