Junior scholar workshop Research design and
Junior scholar workshop Research design and publication Warsaw, 17th March 2015 Stefano Guzzini will lead a workshop for advanced PhDs and young faculty who wish to improve their research designs for theses or books, or their article drafts in view of submitting them to peer-reviewed journals. The workshop is organised by and at the Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw, Poland, on 17th March 2015. The workshop accepts up to 8 participants. It is primarily, but not exclusively, meant for scholars from CEE countries (widely conceived), since one of the purposes, besides developing research and communication skills, consists in strengthening a regional community of junior scholars in the wider European context. Participation is free of charge, but the organizers do not provide participants with any financial support. Please submit your research project (4–8 pages) and CV to Anna Wojciuk – anna.wojciuk@ism.uw.edu.pl. The deadline is 1st February 2015. Applicants will be notified by 15th February about the outcome of the selection process. Accepted participants will hand in their final papers (chapter or article length) by March 10th. Not handing in on time excludes them from attending the workshop.
