Candice Lee, 2007 graduate of the French Culinary Institute of NYC and longtime artist in the kitchen invites you to bid
on her four-course dinner with accompanying wines. If you are the winner, you can choose from three different menus. On the night agreed upon, you and your guests will begin the evening with cocktails and selected hors d’oeurvres.
Next, you will enjoy one of Candice’s famous four-course meals. Besides her delicious foods, Candice will make the
evening especially memorable with her warm hospitality and exquisite service. Candice has been offering these dinners for select charitable groups for the past 8 years and has had tremendous gratification from them.

Casco Bay Sailing Tour for 4 with lunch
This beautiful tour is a four-hour sail among the islands of Casco Bay for up to four
people on Corsair, a 34-foot boat with a veteran crew of three. We'll pick a date that
fits both your schedule and the weather forecast. Leaving from the Portland Yacht
Club in Falmouth, we may visit Portland Harbor, Portland Head Light, and Hussey
Sound. In answer to the most frequently-asked questions, the boat is equipped with
an auxiliary motor (in case the wind dies) and a head (toilet). Be aware that the boat
does "heel," that is, lean to the side away from the wind. This is normal and sometimes exciting!

Fourth of July Fireworks at the Portland Observatory
Arrive at 8pm for your private-guided tour of the Portland Observatory. Then watch the Fourth of July fireworks from
the atop this historic building. Your vantage point will give you spectacular views of the festivities.
Named a National Historic Landmark in 2006, the Portland Observatory is the only known remaining historic maritime
signal tower in the United States. Fireworks begin at 9pm. Parking passes available for on -street parking.

Four consecutive nights at Historic Sunset Farm on Beech Hill in Somesville, ME on Mount Desert Island
Enjoy a sweet getaway at this wonderful, elevated preserved farmstead situated on 100 acres of field and woodland
with expansive pastoral land and mountain views to the east and west as far beyond as Blue Hill. Sunset Farm, which is
about two miles from the village of Somesville, has two connected living units. This gift is for the "back unit", which has
two twin-bedded bedrooms (one with fireplace), one queen-bedded bedroom, two full baths, a kitchen, small dining
room, living room with fireplace and large covered porch. All the bedrooms are reasonably large. The back unit has
beautiful, expansive views to the west.
