PRAP Spring Newsletter
PRAP SPRING NEWSLETTER 2015 Hello, Greek Sisters!!! What’s on tap for PRAP this spring? It’s going to be a whirlwind of activity! If you weren’t part of the 40 members and guests at our January Chili Cook-off you missed 12 outstanding recipes to taste. 1st place went to Julie Karnes’ Paleo Chicken Chili with Clare Korst’s Sitte’s Italian Chili giving the winner a close race to victory. Look for their recipes in the newsletter. Programs? Check out Vickie Mox’s article with all the details. Recruitment (aka Rush)? Our major Spring Project is just around the corner. The most aggressive Forum PRAP has ever hosted will be held Saturday, February 28th at Christ United Methodist Church. Seven area Panhellenics will join us as we welcome +/- 1,000 PNMs and parents at the first ’Regional’ Sorority Information Forum. Yikes! 1,000? Volunteering to help is the most important thing you can do this spring. Check out the Frat Ed’s information to learn more. Be prepared to say YES when the Nominating Committee gives you a shout… Finally, Scholarships! You’ll see lots of changes this year. Remember to encourage your daughter, granddaughter, niece, or friend to apply for one of our $1,000.00 scholarships awarded at our May 20th Salads and Scholarships meeting. It has been my pleasure serving as your PRAP President this 2014-15 year.
