Private Workshop Highlights
Our young players will learn the basics of tennis through fun, interactive methods of teaching. This
class will focus on developing basic athletic skills, tracking, hand-eye coordination as well as
fundamental tennis skills through games.
Super Soccer Stars will teach us soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment.
Their philosophy: to use soccer to nurture, to build self-confidence, and to develop teamwork in
every class.
Bitty City Players provides theater-based exploration to celebrate the unabashed creativity
of a child’s mind. Our players will explore all these disciplines through games, directed
play, and performance. Join us on safari and we’ll work together to solve a safari mystery.
We’ll explore our taste buds, learn about healthy ingredients and practice our cooking skills with
Teeny Tiny Foodie. This playdate includes lunch, prepared by us! On the menu: veggie quesadillas,
salsa and guacamole.
Yo Re Mi is a musical yoga program for children and families. In this fun-filled session, we’ll use
our bodies, voices, and imaginations to collaboratively explore nature, geography, culture,
rhythm, dance, songwriting and playing instruments.
We’ll experience urban agriculture and forest farming at The Battery Urban Farm; then learn
about our urban ecosystem and the City’s history with our oyster beds, bees, perennial gardens,
and monuments.
The Manhattan Youth Swim School will offer our group a private swim lesson taught by highly
experienced, certified instructors. We’ll split into groups based on age and ability and we’ll
maintain a high ratio of instructors to swimmers. This fun and educational class will help our
young swimmers improve fitness and self-confidence.
Located at one of the largest and best-equipped gymnastics training centers in the United States,
this gymnastics class will allow our children to work on coordination, strength, balance, spatial
awareness, flexibility and more. At the Field House, our young athletes will experience real
gymnastics equipment sized just for them in a fun, safe environment. To top it off, we’ll practice our
soccer skills!
