The evening consisted of remarks from our president Salma Vizcaya followed by our main speaker Conrad Solarez. We had about 10 latinas recognized from the club that will graduate and we gave them their sashes for graduation. We had the honor of having Aztec dancers that were spectacular and food galore provided by the club and parents. We also had the students with high GPA get a diploma of accomplishment. The evening finished by the girls dancing el caballo dorado. We thank Aimee Subaba who came and celebrated with us. She spoke to the parents at the end of the festivities. The girls are very proud of their accomplishments in these last few years. We have between 50 to 75 girls in the club. The purpose of the club is to encourage more latino participation in the everyday life of the school and to encourage them to follow higher education after high school Parent/Teen Safe Driving Workshop presented by Impact Teen Drivers California Highway Patrol Tuesday, May 5, 2015 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Westmont High School Theater Questions?
