The Full Tour Package (5 days and 4 nights) includes round-trip economy airfare, 4-nights twin-room hotel
accommodation (based on 2 persons sharing), airport/hotel/racecourse transfers, 7 days travel insurance, all guided
tours and meal as specified in the itinerary (see itinerary overleaf).
The package includes Travel Insurance – Global Gold Plan offered by Blue Cross (Asia Pacific) Insurance Limited
through Swire Travel Ltd. You may wish to consider taking up your personal travel insurance based on your own
needs. Optional upgrade personal travel insurance to Global Diamond Plan offered by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific)
Insurance Limited is available for selection. For details, please refer to: TravelSafe Plus Booklet
The package excludes any personal expenses (such as, but not limited to, local transportation and meals not specified
in the itinerary, excess baggage, laundry, phone calls and tipping).
For packages with round-trip economy airfare, airport taxes (security charges and fuel surcharge) are included.

All visa and health requirements of entering London and the cost will be the sole responsibility of the participants.

100% of the total cost stated above will apply for any cancellations within 1 month prior to departure (after 27 Jun
2015).
9. The Racing Club reserves the right to alter the programme, hotel, flight schedules and the itinerary for operational
reasons without prior notice.
10. All travel arrangements are handled by Swire Travel Ltd. (Licence No. 350001). The Racing Club is not liable to any
legal responsibility or warranty for such travel arrangements and/or for the services provided by Swire Travel Ltd.
11. In case of dispute, the decision of The Racing Club shall be final.

Take a horse-riding course at Chestnuts Riding

Travel to Brighton and take in the sights of the
coastal town
