I always look forward to the annual conference and meeting with bankers around the state that I now call friends. The atmosphere is relaxing and really allows you to get to know the attendees better and learn about their banks and the roles they play in their institutions. By developing these relationships at the conference, I have been able to reach out to many of these folks and seek their advice or assistance on matters that arise at our bank during the year.
