PORTS AMERICA OUTER HARBOR GUIDELINE FOR IFF (IMPORT FREE FLOW) -Request for IFF to be segregated needs to be sent 48 hours prior to vessel arrival. Email: PAOHTCC@portsamerica.com & paoh.tricorsupport@portsamerica.com -Customer Service will confirm with SSCO the IFF status for the trucker and get line approval -Minimum requirement is 25 containers of same size type; if multiple B/L’s, ability to combine into single sort as needed -All containers must be picked up within 48-72 hours; LFD extensions will not be granted unless warranted by extreme circumstances -Dispatcher contacts TCC/Customer Service to receive the IFF code to ask for at the gate. When arriving to gate pedestal, trucker states below (No appt’s needed): 1) Trucking Co. 2) Shipping Co. picking up for 3) IFF group code -Driver receives a ticket from the gate and proceeds to queuing area as advised. Driver waits for clerk to bring driver up for delivery. -Driver confirms with dispatch that container is of corresponding Bill of Lading(s) -After receiving box, driver proceeds to the out gate where the container is verified and released under designated IFF code. *REMINDER: This is a request there is no guarantee it gets segregated depending on vessel stowage or operational needs* Any questions contact Customer Service: 1-877-900-7264; paoh.tricorsupport@portsamerica.com
