7th Annual Rochester Hope for Pets Dog Walk & Pet Education Expo
2015 SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
On Saturday, June 13, Rochester Hope for Pets will hold its 7th Annual
Benefit Dog Walk & Pet Education Expo in Highland Park. Registration
opens at 9 a.m. at the Lilac Arches, and the walk starts at 10:30 a.m.
All proceeds raised will benefit locally-owned companion animals whose
families are facing financial limitations. The proceeds will be awarded to
those families to help with their veterinary care costs.
The following sponsorship opportunities are available:
Lead Sponsor: $500
(Additional $25 County Park fee if you plan to sell items)
With this sponsorship level, you receive:
. Your company’s name and logo on our event banner, t-shirt, and promotional materials
. One event t-shirt in your choice of size — deadline for t-shirt order is Friday, May 29
. Signs posted at the start of the walk course displaying your company’s name
. Space for a table and a 10’x10’ tent/canopy at the event
. The opportunity to present prizes to the top fundraisers
At this level of sponsorship, we ask that you provide:
. Three top fundraiser prizes, valued at $50, $75, and $100, respectively.
. An item to be placed in the participant goody bags (approximately 200)
Table Sponsor: $175
(Additional $25 County Park fee if you plan to sell items)
With this sponsorship level, you receive:
. Your company’s name and logo on event t-shirt and promotional materials
. One event t-shirt in your choice of size — deadline for t-shirt order is Friday, May 29
. A sign posted along the dog walk course displaying your company’s name
. Space for a table at the event
. In case of rain, your tent/canopy should be no larger than 10’x10’
At this level of sponsorship, we ask that you provide:
. An item to be placed in the participant goody bags (approximately 100)
For Non-Profit Organizations
1) Table: $25
. We request that you do not fundraise or sell items at this event — just an informational
table.
. Space for a table at the event
. In case of rain, your tent/canopy should be no larger than 10’x10’
2) Walkers with Adoptable Dogs: $5 per dog
(Limit of 3 per group)
. Please fill out a Rescue Group registration form
