Graduates must complete the registration formalities before 8-30 a.m.
l
Graduates must bring this invitation card without fail.
l
Invitees are asked to be seated in their seats by 9-00 a.m.
l
Audience must stand up when the academic procession enter and remain standing till the
dignitaries of the procession take their seats.
l
Maintain silence throughout the function.
l
Invitees are advised not to bring their children.
l
Switch off the mobile phones till completion of the programme.
l
Clapping of hands is strictly prohibited.
l
Only authorized photographers will be allowed to bring camera inside the auditorium.
l
Graduates are requested to be seated in their respective places till the end of the
programme.
l
After the programme is over, all should stand in their places till the procession leave.
