You can access your business voicemail using
any phone.
Voicemail Guide

IMPORTANT: FIRST-TIME LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
The first time you log in, you will need to use the Voicemail Wizard to set a password and record
your name.
From your BendBroadband phone, dial your extension (last four digits of your phone number) or *62.
1. Enter a new password at the voicemail wizard prompt.
2. Re-enter your password at the prompt.
3. Record your name at the prompt. Press

3. At the Main Menu, press 1 to reach the Voicemail Main Menu.

2. At Main Menu, press 1 to reach the Voicemail Main Menu.
From a phone other than your BendBroadband phone
1. Dial the Voice Portal number: 541-526-0710.
2. Enter your 10-digit phone number when prompted.
3. Enter your voicemail password.
4. At the Main Menu, press 1 to reach the Voicemail Main Menu.

Leaving Messages for Other BendBroadband Voicemail
Customers:

to interrupt the greeting and start recording a
voice message.

My Phone Manager Setup Guide
What you need to know to set up your My Phone Manager and how to configure the most common features of your
BendBroadband voice service.
Logging into My Phone Manager*
Call Forwarding
You can easily access My Phone Manager in the
following two ways:
All Call Forwarding functions can be found under the
Calling Features page located in the menu at the top.
Long-distance rates may apply to call forwarding.

Call Forwarding: Always
Call Forwarding Always will allow you to forward all
of your incoming calls to a different number such as
your office or cellphone.
1. Select the On radio button next to Call
Forwarding Always.
2. Enter the phone number (full 10-digits) to which
you want to forward your calls.
Help Function
On each page within My Phone Manager, you will see
a link labeled “Help available.” When you hover over
the link you will see a help topic for the page you are
on. Clicking on the link will take you to the help page.
Changing password for My Phone Manager
1. Click Profile at the top menu.
2. Under the Change Password section you will
have the option to change your login password
and your voice portal passcode.
3. Click Save.
Call Forwarding: Busy
Call Forwarding Busy allows you to forward all your
incoming calls to another phone if your phone is
currently busy.
1. Select the On radio button next to Call
Forwarding Busy.
2. Enter the phone number (full 10-digits) to which
you want to forward your calls.
3. Click Save.

User Password: Resets password to access My

Voice Portal Passcode: Resets the passcode to
access voicemail through *62.
Call Forwarding: No Answer
Call Forwarding No Answer allows you to forward
all of your incoming calls to another number when
you do not answer the phone. This is different than
“Always” because your phone will ring multiple times
before the call is forwarded to the alternate number.
1. Select the On radio button next to Call
Forwarding No Answer.
2. Enter the phone number (full 10-digits) to which
you want to forward your calls.
3. Select the number of rings before the calls are

Call Forwarding: Not Reachable
your Email Inbox only:
Call Forwarding Not Reachable forwards all incoming
calls to another number when your equipment is not
accessible by our Telephone System. This will ensure
that you will still receive yoru incoming calls if there
are any network issues or power failures. This will
not forward any calls unless the device is unable to
connect at your location.
1. Click Voice Email Management–On.
1. Select the On radio button next to Call
Forwarding Not Reachable.
2. Enter a phone number (full 10-digits) to which
you want to forward your calls.
2. Select the Radio button next to Forward it to this
email address.
3. Enter the complete email address where you
would like to receive your voicemail messages.
4. Click Save.
When a message arrives...:

Sending your voicemail messages to your email

Call Waiting
1. Click Voice Management–On.
Call Waiting allows you to receive another call while
you are on the phone.
2. Select the Radio button next to Use Unified

It gives you full access to all voicemail functions.

You can control whether you want the voicemail
system to pick up the phone or not. This can be a
useful function when you want all your calls to go to
an answering machine at another location.
1. Under the Calling Features tab, click Edit next to
Voice Email Management.

Changing the number of rings:
This function allows you to control the number
of rings the caller will hear before going to your
voicemail.
1. Go to the Messaging section under Calling
Features.
2. To the right of Greetings, select the number of
rings you want each caller to hear prior to going
to voicemail.
3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
b. Send Busy Calls to Voice Mail.
c. Send Unanswered Calls to Voice Mail.

Anonymous Call Rejection
: Reject phone calls
from callers who have intentionally blocked their Caller
ID.
R To activate: Lift the handset, listen for dial tone

Automatic Callback
: Monitor busy number
and automatically establish call when busy number
becomes available.

enables you to forward your calls for up to 12
preprogrammed numbers of your choice.
Call Handoff : Allows you to transfer calls to, or

incoming call (configured under “Call Rules” in My
Phone Manager).
Call Return : Redials the last inbound call—even
if you don’t know who it was. To access call return

Caller ID

Message Envelope: The time and date the
voicemail was left as well as the calling
party number.
Caller ID Block
: Block delivery of your
Caller ID on all outbound calls.

Incoming Call Director : Enables you to configure
multiple ways to handle incoming calls dependent on
your current status (Available-In the Office, AvailableOut of the Office, Busy or Unavailable)
Last Number Redial
: Redials the last outbound

Multiple Call Arrangements : Receive multiple
calls at the same time on different devices.
Voice Portal : Allows you to remotely access
your voice profile so that you can actively manage
your call forwarding features and your Call Director
features. To access voice portal calling:

Outlook Integration : Integrate your personal
contacts from Microsoft Outlook to use as a phone
list to make calls via your Web tool; incoming calls
can match to Outlook as well to enable display of
contact details.
Selective Call Acceptance : Allows you to limit
incoming calls for up to 12 preprogrammed numbers.
All other calls will be forwarded to a message stating
that calls are not being accepted at this time.
Sequential Ring : Create a “find-me” list of
numbers to be alerted sequentially for selected calls
when you are away from your office. Callers hear a
message while the system searches for you.
Simultaneous Ring : Allows you to program
incoming calls to ring simultaneously on various
phones.
Speed Dial 8
: Quickly dial preprogrammed
numbers by only pressing a few keys. You can
program up to eight numbers.
To assign a number: Lift the handset and press   . Enter the desired speed dial number
(2-9) followed by the phone number you wish
to assign. Press the
key.
To access a preprogrammed speed dial
number: Press the speed-dial number desired
followed by .
Three-Way Calling
: Create a three-way call by
adding a third party to a call already in progress. You
can also put one call on hold and make a second,
private, call with another party. The party on hold will
NOT hear the conversation.
Voice Mail (a la carte)
: An interactive
computerized system for answering and routing
telephone calls, for recording, saving, and relaying
messages. Available as an à la carte option on all
BendBroadband’s Business Voice plans.
To access your voicemail:

Selective Call Rejection : Program your phone to
act as a gatekeeper. Select times of the day to reject
all calls, or calls from specific numbers.
