Billing For Fundraising & Assistance Hours:
Just a reminder that April 30th is the last day to purchase Scrip and complete
your Assistance Hours for the 2014/2015 School Year. Please refer to page
63 and 65 in your Parent/Student Handbook for any clarification.
Families will be billed for any incomplete fundraising and assistance hours for
the 2014/2015 school year on May 15, 2015 through FACTS.
Attention School Families:
The Jack O’Keefe Golf Classic is a week from Friday! Every school family
received a book of tickets in their Communicator. These are the tickets for
which you were billed $20 in March. You can sell your tickets and recoup your
$20 or you can write your name on each one and enter yourself in the drawing
for great prizes.
• A Trip to Maui for Two
• $1000, $750, or $500 CASH PRIZES

This is one of our largest fundraisers for the school and all proceeds directly
benefit the students. The tickets MUST be returned to the school by
April 29 t h to be entered into the drawing. For those families who have
not yet paid for their raffle tickets, please pay for them by Monday, April
27th in order to be eligible for the drawing.
Thank you to all the families who came out to Barnes & Noble to help support
Holy Trinity School. Our school has made $178.27 from this fundraiser.
