Please join us for an engaging and informative evening
with Adam Bienenstock, who will speak to us about the
value and importance of outdoor play and connecting
to nature. Regular experiences with nature have been
shown to improve physical and emotional well-being in
children, while reducing anxiety, depression and obesity.
The evening will provide all who attend with an
opportunity to learn more about the importance
of outdoor play and interacting with nature, in order
to provide the best experiences for raising
healthy children.
