HILLSBORO HIGH SCHOOL SAFE AND SOBER
GRAD NIGHT PARTY 2015
In a few short months, on Thursday, June 4, 2015, our kids will be graduating! Hilhi parents
are already planning the annual All-Night Graduation Party that will allow students to
celebrate together in a SAFE environment. Filled with friends, food, music, games and
activities, it will be a truly memorable night and one your child will not want to miss.
Admission
Admission price is $50 until January 31, 2015 and then will go up to $60 until June. Visit the
Athletic Director’s office to purchase admission or mail checks to: Hillsboro High GN 2015,
3285 SE Rood Bridge Rd., Hillsboro, OR 97123.
Admission can also be purchased in installments. A parent volunteer will be in the Commons

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Every student must register by turning in a completed Registration,
Consent & Conduct Form in order to attend. No friends or relatives are permitted unless they
are volunteering and also registered.
Departure & Return
The Hillsboro High graduation ceremony will take place at Liberty High School. Directly
following its completion, students must check-in at Grad Party tables set up in the cafeteria.
If a student has purchased admission but does not check in, their parent or guardian will be
called. All students MUST ride the Hilhi Grad Party buses to the party location.
Each student will be given a “Check In” bag to safely store their belongings. The Bag Room
will be maintained by parent volunteers at the party location and students will be allowed
access to their bags with supervision.
All students will ride the Hilhi Grad Party buses back to Hillsboro High School’s parking
lot between 5:00 am and 5:30 am on Friday, June 5, 2015. Students will not be allowed to
drive themselves home and must be picked up by a parent or guardian.
Safety & Security
Parent chaperones will monitor all night. Students may only leave early if they have made
prior arrangements with the Grad Night Committee or are ill in which case, a parent will be
called to come pick them up.

Rules







All school rules remain in effect
No weapons, firecrackers, etc.
No destruction of property
No smoking
No fighting
No rude behavior
No drugs or alcohol
What to bring
Swim suit and towel
Cell phones are permitted for the use of contacting parents in the case of late pick up at Hilhi
the next morning. Cell phones will be kept secure in the Bag Room and returned to the
students at the end of the party.
Prescription Medicine
If a student needs to take prescription medicine while at the party, a Prescription Medicine
Form (included in the Registration Packet) must be completed and turned in with the
medication at Check In.
What not to bring
Money – everything is included!
No outside food or drink – plenty of food and beverages are included!
