Social & Behavioral Science. Created/taught Social Justice Leadership and Policy in Public
Admin and Cultural Pluralism in Pubic Admin courses. Conducted qualitative interviews/focus
groups with faculty/students to assess organizational climate. Revamped MPA core courses
syllabi, teaching assignments and trained faculty about systemic Critical Race, and gender issues.

September 2014-present.
Founder/Researcher. The V(i)llage. College pathway program that develops leadership
competencies, cultural esteem, and communal involvement of African, African American and
Black middle and high school students. Conducting comparative case study research/analysis.
