Remove factory plug and
clean the threads in the
oil pan

plug to the torque specs

 Viton O-rings are used for fluid sealing, and stainless steel is
used for the spring.





HOW TO OBTAIN A OIL SAMPLE

•Warm up the engine to operating temperature, then turn off.
•Remove the dust cap from the No-Spill Systems drain plug.
•Thread the sampler onto the bottom of the No-Spill Systems
drain plug.
•When the sampler is attached to the No-Spill Systems drain
plug, the valve will open slightly to release a small amount of oil
to be collected as the sample.
•Detach the sampler when you have enough oil by unscrewing it
from the No-Spill Systems Drain plug. The valve will return to the
"closed" position.
•Replace the dust cap to the No-Spill Systems drain plug.





