With modern ergonomic design, high quality plan achromatic objectives and a very wide selection of accessories. Suitable for advanced teaching and for hospitals, clinics, medical centres, specialist laboratories, food inspection etc. Basic microscopes Microscope, model DualScope Robust low-priced hobby/student microscope with simple optical glass objectives mounted on a revolving nosepiece. It comes with a plastic vertical stage with stage clips and a 6-hole disc condenser. The eyetube is mounted at a 45 degree angle for comfortable viewing and has a wide-field eyepiece with built-in pointer. In addition to the traditional bottom light the microscope is provided with a top light, and is thus also suited for observation of surfaces of leaves, coins, insects etc. A simple microscope ideal for hobby use and for smaller children. The simplicity of the design makes it a good choice as an introduction to microscopes or as a supplement to the traditional school microscopes. These microscopes are characterized by a nice finish and good precision. With continuously variable halogen-type illumination, and DIN-standard achromatic par focal objectives this microscope series provides good value for the money. The large mechanical stage has a steady, permanent traveser and low mounted coaxial controls, a design which is usually only found in larger and more expensive microscopes. The eyepiece tube is mounted at an angle on a revolving head and in addition, the binocular model has dioptric and interpupillary adjustment. Magnification range/Objective type The Primomic series microscopes are available with either 60x objective or 100x objective as the highest magnification. 60x objective Magnifies 600x combined with a 10x eyepiece, and this magnification is usually satisfactory for most preparations used in basic microscope teaching. The 60x objective does not require immersion oil and is thus very suitable for student use. 100x objective Magnifies 1000x combined with a 10x eyepiece. Required to view very small specimens (like bacteria) in detail. Requires oil immersion, careful adjustment and thorough cleaning afterwards. Suitable for advanced users, teacher microscopes etc. Magnification: 40x to 600x/1000x Optical head: Monocular Eyepiece: 10x, wide-field Objectives: Standard achromatic objectives 4x achromatic N.A. 0.10. 10x achromatic N.A. 0.25. 40x achromatic N.A. 0.65 (spring front) 60x achromatic N.A. 0.85 (spring front) or 100x achromatic N.A. 1.25 (spring front, oil) Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x, 600x/1000x Condenser: Abbé-condenser N.A. 1.25. Auxiliary lenses give you the best optical quality, but working distance is reduced. To keep a large working distance, use an eyepiece with larger magnification. The optical quality is not quite as perfect as for the auxiliary lens but working distance is the same. 0771.21 Eyepiece 15x, Stereozoom 0771.26 Auxiliary lens attachment 0.5x, Stereozoom 0771.22 Eyepiece 20x, Stereozoom 0771.27 Auxiliary lens attachment 1.5x, Stereozoom 0771.28 Auxiliary lens attachment 2x, Stereozoom 0771.26-28 0771.21-22 Other accessories for Stereozoom: Photo eyepiece tube 0771.15 Bulb 6V/15W, halogen w. reflector, Stereozoom (top light) For trinocular Stereozoom 0771.09 P-TR and 0771.11 IT-TR.
