Scientific focus area
My research focuses around fungal secondary metabolites, including biosynthesis, detection and
toxicity. I am developing new analytical methods for detection for compounds using HPLC-UV,
LC-MS and LC-MS/MS.
Supervision functions
Educated one PhD and one master student. Currently supervising two PhD students and two master
students.

21 published papers (+2 submitted) and 1 book chapter (in press) 12 first author and 4 senior
author, h-index: 9. Three oral presentations at international conferences and 14 poster presentations.
