POLKUOPINNOT – SUUNTANA YLEMPI AMK-TUTKINTO
Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulussa voit opiskella polkuopintoina eri alojen avoimia opintoja. Polkuopinnot ovat
erinomainen vaihtoehto, jos et tullut valituksi ylempi AMK tutkinto-opiskelijaksi vielä ensimmäisellä hakukerralla tai haluat täydentää osaamistasi. Tervetuloa avoimeen AMKiin!
Aloita ylemmän ammattikorkeakoulun opinnot ilman
ammattikorkeakoulun tutkinto-oikeutta polkuopintoina
avoimessa ammattikorkeakoulussa. Polkuopinnot ovat
opintokokonaisuuksia, jotka muodostuvat ylempään
ammattikorkeakoulututkintoon kuuluvista opinnoista.
Kaikki opinnot vastaavat tavoitteiltaan ja vaatimuksiltaan YAMK-tutkintoon johtavaa koulutusta. Huomioithan, että YAMK-polkuopinnoissa pitää olla AMK-tutkinto
pohjakoulutuksena.

kampuksella.
Polkuopinnoilla YAMK tutkinto-opiskelijaksi
Voit hakea erillishaussa tutkinto-opiskelijaksi Avoimen
AMKin opintojen perusteella. Opiskelijaksi voidaan valita hakija, jolla on tutkintoon vaadittu pohjakoulutus sekä kolme vuotta tutkinnon jälkeistä työkokemusta ja joka
on suorittanut 10 op (60 op tutkinnossa) / 15 op (90 op
tutkinnossa) koulutukseen soveltuvia opintoja, eli kyseisen koulutuksen polkuopinnot. Jos tulet valituksi, hyväksytysti suoritetut avoimet opinnot sisällytetään tutkintoon.
Opintomaksu
Opiskelu Avoimessa AMKissa maksaa 10 euroa / opintopiste. Voit vaihtoehtoisesti maksaa 300 euron suuruisen
lukuvuosimaksun, joka oikeuttaa enintään 60 opintopisteen laajuisiin opintoihin yhden lukuvuoden aikana. Vuosimaksun maksaja voi opiskella avoimen AMKin opintoja
myös Laureassa tai LAMKissa.
Ilmoittautuminen
Polkuun sisältyviin moduuleihin ilmoittaudutaan HAMKin
verkkosivuilla 1.7. – 15.8.2015 (syksyllä alkaviin polkuihin) 1.11. – 15.12.2015 (keväällä alkaviin polkuihin). Polkuopintopaikkoja on rajoitettu määrä ja kiintiöt täytetään
ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä.

STUDY PATHS OF MASTER’S DEGREE – TOWARDS MASTER’S DEGREE STUDIES
Study Paths of Master’s degrees are available for only those who have a Bachelor’s degree applicable to the
Master’s degree. Study path is an excellent opportunity if you were not selected as a Master’s degree student
the first time you applied or you want to improve your competences. Welcome to Häme University of Applied

Start Master’s level studies on a study path at HAMK without being a degree student. Study Path is formed from
separate study modules of a Master’s degree. Learning
outcomes of the study modules are the same as in education leading to Master’s degree. Study paths require the
same learning capabilities as Master’s degree programme

NB: A good command of English is needed to study at
HAMK’s open studies.

Both study paths are carried out in Hämeenlinna Visamäki campus.
You can apply as a degree student on the basis of your
open studies completed at Häme University of Applied

Enrol as a study path student on HAMK’s web pages on
July 1 – August 15, 2015 (for study paths commencing in
autumn) or on November 1 – December 15, 2015 (for
study paths commencing in spring).
The number of places available for study path students is
limited and the places will be filled on a first come first
accepted principle.
When choosing a study path you will be in the same group
as the first year degree students.
