Type of company
The location of the area near Taulov and the two motorways make up an optimum location especially for
distribution and logistics companies, for which the area is
primarily zoned. Furthermore various types of production
facilities, industry, warehousing and wholesaling companies, liberal professions, administration and similar types
may be established in the area, however not grocery
stores and other retail companies.
The area is attractive for companies which would like a
central and optimum traffic location in Denmark
Access
The existing road access takes place from Skærbækvej
via Prinsessens Kvarter.Where the road meets Skærbækvej there are only a few hundred metres to the
interchange to the motorway in all directions.
A new high class road, Prinsessens Kvarter, has been
established south of Tårup town leading into Skærbækvej.
Sites are available in the area with the possibility of
railway tracking.

sizes according to the requirements of each individual

50% with an exemption of up to 65%.

From DKK 220 per sqm excl. VAT, including connection
fee for sewage system.
The plot is delivered ready for development, and water,
drain and electricity have been/will be carried forward.
Plots larger than 9,999 sqm are sold via public tender,
for which reason the above-mentioned price is directional.

The area is still under development. Sanistål has a site
of approximately in the area 400,000 sqm and has
