Kom til fanfest i Fanzonen og få en HELT UNIK OPLEVELSE. Vi byder på et slaraffenland spækket med madboder, aktiviteter og underholdning, og garanterer, at du kommer i den helt rette stemning inden det går løs i Jyske Bank Boxen. Til hver spilledag under VM i Håndbold åbner vi op for Fanzonen i Hal M – lige ved siden af Jyske Bank
Boxen. Her vil der være adgang via Jyske Bank Boxen såfremt du har en gyldig håndboldbillet. Så hvis du ikke allerede er i VM-stemning, når du ankommer til Jyske Bank
Boxen, bliver du det med garanti i Fanzonen.

Der er adgang til Jyske Bank Boxen via indgang 4 og 5. Alle billetter bliver scannet.
KROPSVISITATION
Af hensyn til alles sikkerhed kan der forekomme kropsvisitationer ved indgangen til Jyske
Bank Boxen. Der er kun adgang til Jyske Bank
Boxen efter gennemført visitation.
FORBUD
Det er IKKE tilladt at medbringe følgende:
– Kamera/professionelt fotoudstyr med aftagelig linse
– Videoudstyr
– Lydoptagere
– Drikkevarer
(emballage underordnet)
– Madvarer
– Våben af nogen art
– Fyrværkeri
– Laserpenne
– Parfume flakon og lign.
Genstandene bliver afvist ved indgangen.
Spar dig selv for ærgrelse og de øvrige gæster for ventetid ved at lade genstandene
blive hjemme.
RYGEFORBUD
Der er rygeforbud i hele Jyske Bank Boxen
– på toiletter, i gange samt i indgangsarealet. Overtrædelse vil medføre øjeblikkelig
bortvisning fra kampene.
MAD OG DRIKKE
Der kan købes øl, vand og vin samt fastfood og andet lækkert i Jyske Bank Boxen
og i Fanzonen. Dankort kan anvendes i alle
boder.
DANKORT/KONTANTER
Vi anbefaler, at du medbringer kontanter til
at handle i barer og boder. Det øger hastigheden og mindsker risikoen for ventetid.
Alle kort kan anvendes i Jyske Bank Boxen,
og hæveautomat findes ved billetsalget i
Foyeren.
PÅKLÆDNING
Selvom du skal til et indendørs arrangement, må du forvente ventetid udenfor. Tag
derfor praktisk tøj på og medbring gerne en
regnfrakke, da udendørsarealerne er uden
overdækning.
GARDEROBE
Der er mulighed for at komme af med
overtøjet i garderoben i Jyske Bank Boxen’s
foyer. Pris kr. 20,KØRESTOLE
Der er kun plads til én hjælper pr. kørestol på
handicapområdet. Der er handicaptoiletter i
Jyske Bank Boxen.
TOILETTER
Der er flere områder med toiletter i Jyske
Bank Boxen.
VED AFLYSNING
Ved en eventuel aflysning af kampene får
du refunderet billettens pålydende værdi
(minus billetsalgsgebyr).
Det du evt. har betalt udover den påtrykte
pris går tabt!
REFUNDERING AF

Join the fan party in the fan zone and get a unique experience. We offer an eldorado of food stands, activities and entertainment. We guarantee that you will be in just the
right mood when it all begins in jyske bank boxen. During the world championship, we will open the fan zone in Hall M on each game day. The fan zone is located right next
to jyske bank boxen. If you hold a valid handball ticket, you will have access to the zone. You can enter via jyske bank boxen. If you are not already in the mood when you get
here, we guarantee that you will be as soon as you enter the fanzone.

TICKETS
You can enter Jyske Bank Boxen via entrances 4 and 5. All tickets will be scanned.
BODY SEARCH
For the sake of everyone’s safety, full body
search may occur upon entering Jyske Bank
Boxen. Entering Jyske Bank Boxen will not
be permitted until a full body search has
been made.
PROHIBITION
The following items are not allowed inside
the venue:
– Camera/professional photo equipment
with removable lens
– Video equipment
– Audio recorders
– Beverages
(regardless of packaging)
– Food
– Weapons of any kind
– Fireworks
– Laser pens
– Flacons of perfume and the like
The items will be rejected by the entrance.
Save yourself the regret and other guests
the wait by leaving the items at home.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in Jyske
Bank Boxen – neither on toilets, in hallways
nor in the entrance area. Violation of this will
cause immediate dismissal from the event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Beer, soft drinks, water, wine and fast food
can be bought in Jyske Bank Boxen. Credit
cards can be used in all stands.

CREDIT CARD/CASH
If you wish to make purchases in bars and
stands, we recommend that you bring cash.
This way, it will take less time to get through
to the counter, and it will minimize the waiting time. All credit cards are valid in Jyske
Bank Boxen. You can find an ATM by the box
office in the Foyer.
REFUNDING OF TICEKTS
Bought tickets will not be refunded. Find

According to the Danish Ministry of Culture’s Act no. 769, it is forbidden to resell
tickets to public entertainment, if the sale is
made to gain profit. A violation of this law will
be fined.
CLOTHING
Even though you are attending an indoor
event, outdoor waiting time can occur.
Therefore, we recommend that dress according to the weather. It is also a good idea
to bring a raincoat, as the outdoor areas are
not roofed.
PARKING AND DRIVING
WARDROBE
You can leave your coat in the wardrobe in
Jyske Bank Boxen’s foyer. Price DKK 20.WHEELCHAIRS
There is only room for one carer per wheelchair in the handicap area. Disabled toilets
are available in Jyske Bank Boxen.

There are several toilet areas in Jyske Bank
Boxen.

CANCELLATION
In case of one or more matches are cancelled, the face value of the ticket will be
refunded (excl. the ticket fee). Any amount,

After the matches, extra busses will run
from Jyske Bank Boxen to the MCH sign by
the bus/train station (city) approximately

You will find free parking by MCH Messecenter Herning and Jyske Bank Boxen. If
you have a wheelchair ticket and a handicap
sign, you will be ushered to the parking area
close to Jyske Bank Boxen.

Follow the motorway
towards ’Messecenter Herning’ and take exit 42. Turn right towards
Jyske Bank Boxen and enter by MCH Arena
(football stadium), where a parking space
will be ushered.
