AATA Online Event Registration

Email the AATA Webmaster at AATA@SUDDENLINK.NET of your interest to use AATA Online Event Registration.
Please include any/all information about your Event. In most cases your Event Entry Form has all the necessary info
to create an AATA Calendar Event, so Please attach that to your email if you have one.

The AATA Webmaster will setup an AATA Calendar Event, and notify you by email of the completed setup.

NOTE: You can select the AATA Turkey Shootout Event on the AATA Website, and follow through the Online Event
Registration Process to see how it works.

Review the Calendar Event Content (Below) and Online Enrollment Template (Next Page), then inform the AATA
Webmaster of any needed changes.
People will be able to Register Online for your Event through the AATA Website using the ONLINE ENROLLMENT
Link (Click here to Enroll Online) in your AATA Calendar Event (as show below).
Clicking the
button will display a list of Event Entries to date.

You can also request a Login ID & Password, to view Event Enrollments or the Event Enrollments Report (shown
below).

Event Registrants will fill out all the required info in the Online Enrollment Form, then SUBMIT their Entry.

After your Event’s Registration Deadline, email the AATA Webmaster and request an Event Enrollment Report.
The AATA Webmaster will generate & Email you the Event Enrollment Report (Report Formats available – Word
Doc, Excel Workbook, PDF). An Example of an Event Enrollment Report is shown below.
