In Gujarat, a state in the northwest of the country, children are being paid to use public toilets. There is a problem in India with people going to the toilet outside. It is estimated around half of the population do not use a proper toilet. Many people in the country don’t have toilets in their homes. Children are being paid one rupee a day – that’s less than half a Swedish crown – if they use the public toilets. The children’s charity UNICEF has previously tried to bring awareness to the issue around the country and released this song in India. It’s called Take The Poo To The Loo. Music Around 200,000 children die in India from diseases like diarrhoea. Presenter: The latest version of a popular football video game will include female players for the first time. It will have women’s national teams from 12 countries, including Sweden. The other countries are: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain and the US. As women’s football has risen in popularity, fans of the sport have been putting increasing pressure on the makers of the video game to include female players. A petition on the website change.org stated: "Young girls can't be portrayed by male video game characters.” The petition was signed by thousands of people. Teachers Stephanie Stephens had decorated her classroom with inspiration from the Harry Potter books.
