workout, each tranche lasts 10 minutes. A new set of guests can start every 10 minutes! The 40minute class incorporate a quick and effective combination of cardio, strength, balance, mobility
and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) aimed to burn fat and boost your metabolism. This
cross-training method allows guests to arrive at any time that best fit their schedules
