Annual Report 2015 Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs Juan Merino Ceaje President W e have come a long way, but much remains to be done in Spain and beyond our borders. This is the decade of internationalisation and the vision of the Young Entrepreneurs has no spatial boundaries, and although not unique, our organization has become an authentic and relevant major player in the internationalization of Spanish companies. We are a group of restless, responsible, qualified, trained, daring, efficient and technologically savvy entrepreneurs, whose vision begins in Spain, but doesn't there. We are part of a complex international network of " Young Entrepreneurs Associations " where we play a major and leading role, strengthening the position and perception of Spanish businessman on world markets, generating high value returns, while taking advantage of the network as a channel to provide a platform to jump start any young Spanish entrepreneur seeking a viable route to internationalization . Internationally, we are a fully integrated and active participant in FIJE, Federation of National Associations of Young Entrepreneurs in Latin America, formed by all the Ajes of all Latin American countries, consolidating our position during 2015 while holding the vice-presidency. We are also members and actively participate in YESFOREUROPE Confederation of National Associations of Young Entrepreneurs of Europe, where we also further strengthened our position in 2015, holding the Vice-Presidency. In addition, we are an active member in the G20 YEA (G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance), formed by the AJES of the 20 countries, including, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, and India, FIJE, YesForEurope, etc ... We currently access these networks with the express aim of contacting and interconnecting with markets and young entrepreneurs throughout the world with the social and entrepreneurial imperative of taking using these links to promote our business projects, thus fulfilling the leadership role that our society demands of us while also becoming true promoters of an authentic CSR, creating jobs, nurturing and fulfilling individual dreams and the dreams of our society at large. In economic terms, 2015 was a year in which we finally left behind us the most severe crisis in recent history. The government measures adopted designed to carry out major structural reforms of Spanish companies and Spanish society are slowly beginning to bear fruit. We are finally beginning to reverse the negative trend of our GDP, generating growth and improving our image and confidence. However, we firmly believe the government should continue to build on these reforms, as outlined by the CEAJE-CEOE paper "15 reforms to Consolidate The Recovery" which we presented to the election candidates. In political terms, the stratified situation that has resulted from Elections 20-D is concerning, but we are not overly alarmed, convinced as we are that Spanish politicians, are on the whole responsible and are fully aware that it is not their place to prolong the problems of Spain, but rather to hasten the solution. We want to hear less about politicians and more about policies, and the creation of multilateral agreements which respect the institutions and the vision of this country, together, as it was set up almost 40 years ago, working side by side to create a fertile environment for entrepreneurs and businesses supporting stable growth with improved and increased employment. From an internal perspective, we are a multi-sectoral and national employer, of, by and for young Spanish entrepreneurs in every corner of Spain. 2015 has been a year of hard work focused on reinforcing our image across all the platforms and institutions in which we are present, regenerating and strengthening the tight bonds within our organisation in everything that unites and gives us meaning, leaving behind negative people, projects and issues which serve to weaken us, and instead focusing on the decent people and leaders who come together, contribute, and work to get the best for the Young Spanish Entrepreneurs. I am deeply pleased and proud of what we have achieved together so far, and confident that all the positives of 2015 are the springboard for new and better opportunities Annual Report 2015 Letter from the President 3 S ummary s s s s s s s s What is Ceaje 5 Agenda/ Institutional relations 11 International Presence 25 Our AJES 32 Projects 54 Agreement 58 Communication 60 Forecast for 2016 63 The present of the future Ceaje 2015 Annual Report © CEAJE Legal Deposit: M-3155-2016 Edit: TPI Edita SA 4 Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs W The Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs Associations (CEAJE) is the Employer representation of all Young Entrepreneurs and Spanish Entrepreneurs under 41 years of age.
