GENERALS
FTS (FT Services) exists since August 2004, but our activities started effectively in 2005, and we have
already moved to S.A.R.L (Limited) by end 2006.
FT Services has been created to supply an assortment of quite good global solutions in Maintenance and
Construction for Companies in the Industrial and Marine sector.
FT Services Sarl founded her proposal both on good knowledge of Standards and Technical Rules on one
hand, and on other hand on good level of qualification of worker available. We thus can provide to Client
good Procedure, Equipment and Skills required for his job or project.
FT Services Sarl is willing to provide to his Client good knowledge and, long experience and skills in
technical and project management aspects acquired by his team during many years on Industrial and Offshore
Works here and there.

MEANS AND RESSOURCES
FT Services Sarl has chosen to settle in the Port Area precisely at Wouri Base in order to be close enough to
Major Industrial Customers and invest on this sector of Industrial and Offshore Services. It’s important to
insist on Safety &Quality for Industrial and Offshore Services. For this purpose, FTS Sarl has acquired a
minimum of Equipment and Human Resources to be able to provided reliable solutions.
EQUIPEMENT
- 200m² Working Shop in Douala (for Fabrication, Mechanical Maintenance…); The Shop is part of
1000m² Base.
- 1000m² Base at WOURI BASE.
- The Shop is being equipped with standard equipment for Maintenance on common Mechanical,
Electrical and Instrumentation/Control Systems.

o Shop Electric Air Compressor
o Hand Tools (tirfors, chain block, …), Cutting set (Plasma, Thermic lance, Nertazip, …),

o 750CFM/200psi Air Compressor for Assistance to Drilling Operation by supply of Air for
Instruments

Note: This is the best asset of FTS Sarl Oil and Offshore Works (where we have for our
services almost 10 mechanics with 15 to 20 year of offshore maintenance on oil
equipment on TOTAL, ADDAX and PERENCO sites)Experience on Safety and
Qualification are our main achievement we are proud of. We had make sure we always
combine Long Experience Workers with Young Graduated to obtain a more balanced
and complementary Work Force.
