It's entertainment, it is an engine capable of generating enthusiasm and mobilize many people. Sometimes for those who practice it, it is a profession. In today's society where values are dissipated and mixed, where information overload leads to dispersion and confusion, football can become the best tool to teach or reaffirm the values, ethics and morals. Eliminates racial barriers, you miss nationalism, advocating equality and progress. Football is a model, a mirror in which millions of people have a way of life, behavior, values, future. This CERTIFICATION OF EXCELLENCE aims to be an international recognition to football schools that are managed excellently and are an example for others. Model of Excellence has three options: - Level III Platinum - Level II Aurum - Level I Argentum The adoption of a management system should be a strategic decision at a football training school. The design and implementation of the management system are influenced by: a).- the environment of a Training School Football, changes in that environment, or risks associated with that environment, b).- their changing needs, c).- its particular objectives, d).- services provided, e).- management criteria it employs, f).- size and structure of a training school football. It is not the purpose of the Model of Excellence in Management Training Schools Cup, provide uniformity in its management systems or documentation. The purpose is to be a reference of how to organize, based on the freedom of each organization to be structured and organized in the most convenient way in each case. . The management system requirements defined in this management model are complementary to legal requirements in each country where the activity takes place, as defined by national or international bodies such as where the FIFA. This management model, specifies requirements for a management system when a Football School: a).- needs to demonstrate its ability to regularly provide services and activities that demonstrate excellence in management, results, and impact on stakeholders (public administrations, users, professionals, players, social environment, etc.). b).- aims to increase performance and ensure that the Training School Football to become an international benchmark and optimize the management and continuously improve its performance and sustainability. All requirements of this model of excellence, are generic and are intended to be applicable to all schools soccer training, who voluntarily take it as reference. Each school must adapt according to their size, objectives, environment and strategy involved. Model of Excellence in Football School is structured by areas of operation. For each area, it defined the requirements should develop and implement and manage. IB.- Requirements Document contains requirements that must be met companies / entities, not how it must meet, which is adaptable to each school based on: • • • • The size (number of students, number of employees, etc.). The mission, vision and values. The applicable legislation. Scope: local, regional, national or international. Note: Each company / entity is free and responsible for defining the mode of application in its organizational structure, the requirements contained in this document. The requirements must be clearly defined and their application regarding the organizational structure and working standards of the company / entity that develops. IC.- For the purposes of this model, is set to fulfill means that compliance mode and applied in practical day-to-day business. The data must be from that location to be assested. • Brief History: description of the school and its evolution over time. • A brief presentation of the facilities, activities, services / products, management team and organizational structure. • Brief presentation of the environment of the school (if it is local or international, and their locations), including facilities / infrastructure and main management structure. • For each requirement, it should clearly describe the way they met, and the level of development / implementation. Note: you can trace in his Report, where to find documentation to extend or support the information presented in the report. Memory can not be longer than 50 pages, and its purpose is to give an overview of how to comply with the requirements of this model. The purpose of these levels is to adapt the model to the needs, structure, size and organization of any school or football club and facilitate its implementation, management and certification.
