You’ll access My Account by logging in to the eFax Corporate web site at www.efaxcorporate.com. My Account provides a secure environment to add new numbers, assign users and review reports of inbound and outbound fax traffic. From here you can choose to add numbers, create or edit users, review usage logs and change account settings. Viewable fields include name, billing code, number, PIN and send enabled. The optional billing code field allows you to assign each user to a department or cost-center code. This page allows you to add groups of numbers from selected area codes. It also displays the total quantity of assigned and unassigned fax numbers. Click User Accounts > Import User List to import your file. The user’s fax number will return to the pool of unassigned numbers and can be reassigned immediately. Run single-user reports of inbound and outbound fax activity during the previous twelve months. For example, turn off the welcome letter sent each time you add a user.
