STOVE GUARD TECHNOLOGY Intelligent Heat Sensor – Unrivalled fire prevention Conductive and radiant heat sensors, combined with ambient temperature monitoring, constantly analyse cooking temperatures Operates for 10 years using its solar-powered internal batteries Control Unit (all models) Ensures safe and uninterrupted cooker use by monitoring peak temperature and rate of rise Automatically identifies and adjusts to the cooker Power supply only turned on once cooker has cooled to safe temperature Cuts electricity / gas supply to cooker in hazardous situation Unique, intelligent self-learning function adjusts sensitivity to users cooker heat patterns – rising temperature could indicate fire hazard or reflect users normal cooking habits, Stove Guard can tell the difference Early fire hazard detection based on all intelligence gathered, power cut before any material damage is caused Heat Sensor installation to cooker hood, wall or ceiling Overload protection Compatible with all cooker types including gas, combination fuel and high inrush current electric cookers (sparkless switches) Removing the Heat Sensor prevents cooker use – e.g. when child safety is required Dirt and grease detection notices if the sensors’ operation has been compromised About the whole system: - Secure, solid radio connection between the Sensor and Control Unit 2-way connection to Telecare services for central monitoring Innohome has 10 years experience developing products to ensure safe cooking - Automatic fault diagnosis – no monthly testing required SGK100/SGK500 models include additional safety features, see Optional Features information www.innohome.com STOVE GUARD SGK100/SGK500 models - optional features Cooker operation analysis Available only for cookers with mechanical knobs Intelligent Timer tracks cooker adjustments in heat, detecting when cooker has been left unattended. The cooker is turned off in 1 - 3 hours, depending on power setting. - ( Two options available: reacting or non-reacting to burner on low heat setting). The Safety Lock option automatically switches the power off when cooker not in use, preventing children turning the cooker on accidentally. - The cooker is activated by pressing the Heat Sensor cover once Available for all cookers Can be used with most CO2 and/or smoke alarms. -Carbon Monoxide alarm triggers the Control Unit to turn off cooker. - Carbon monoxide can be created when food is fried on high heat setting, for instance, in a wok or if the gas combustion in a cooker is poor. -User can choose whether Smoke Alarm triggers Heat Sensor to cut off cooker. - With standalone cookers the Control Unit can cut the power if the grill or oven produces excessive smoke. www.innohome.com
