What does Ingenia do?
Ingenia is a global manufacturer and developer
of polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene,
polystyrene) masterbatches, compounds,
powders and additive (antioxidants, UV
stabilizers) blends.
Ingenia’s products and services are use by the
global petrochemical producers of
polyethylene and polypropylene.
Ingenia’s products and services are used by
the polyolefin conversion market ( film/
packaging producers, injection molders, profile
and pipe extrusion, thermoforming, blow
molding, rotomolding)
Ingenia prides itself on product and manufacturing technology. We build
our own equipment and process expertise and develop our own products
with in house R&D and product development.

Ingenia uses state of the art high speed and high
torque, customized twin screw extrusion, solids
feeding, conveying and related polymer
processing equipment.
Ingenia has developed it’s own in-house expertise
via a dedicated process and projects group. We
carry out our own design and construction of
process lines including developing our own PLC
control and customized HMIs as well as some of
our own designed and fabricated key process
components.
