products available. Basic ingredients (cold pressed oils, whole flours
and grains, etc.) are selected with the greatest care, our preference
being organic ingredients and locally grown produce. During the
summer season, our kitchen is supplied with fresh vegetables, berries,
fine herbs and edible flowers from Spa Eastman’s own gardens. Our
cuisine is suitable to all diets, from the strictly curative diet to the
lavish gourmet or the vegetarian, raw food. All this is possible without
sacrificing taste or pleasure.

a unique site only a 5 minutes away from downtown Sherbrooke, La Halte des Pèlerins is the only urban winery in

La Halte des Pèlerins offers turnkey packages for receptions. The winery provides three different facilities to meet
your needs: a marquee, a terrace, and a brand new interior reception room. From April to November, the big tent
(250 p. capacity) equipped with heating, washrooms and a concrete floor is available for receptions, weddings,
and other events. At the same time, a panoramic terrace for about 30 people, grants a unique atmosphere to
anniversaries and cocktails among family and friends while an interior reception room can accommodate, year

CREATIVE IDEAS
The range of product developed from blackcurrant that is found in
the shop is varied. There is of course the alcohols which make great
gifts. Besides our blackcurrant wine we offer a blackcurrant sangria
and a blackberries dessert wine that are unique to the Domaine Ives
Hill. The culinary range has many fine and varied products. Domaine
Ives Hill is the only blackcurrant producer to have developed a
«healthy» range. His blackcurrant concentrate is an excellent source
of vitamin C and prominent anti-inflammatory. A box «blackcurrant
trio» is also available and provides very well for anyone who wants
to discover the taste and the virtues of this little fruit.
