Brandon Bernstein
EGT’s commitment to Professional Motor Sports was nurtured
through our relationship with Budweiser King Racing and their
president, owner, Mr. Kenny Bernstein and driver, Mr. Brandon
Bernstein. We initially began using Kenny’s car as a test cell,
evaluating the endurance of our proprietary exposed sensors.
We still do! Now known as Kenny Bernstein Racing, the company and crew have continued delivering exciting racing and
exceptional competition while in the toughest field ever.
2007 marked a season of thrilling highs and lows for the driver
of the Budweiser/Lucas Oil Top Fuel Team Dragster, Brandon
Bernstein. From the return of his father Kenny to the strip, to
the passing of a close friend and competitor, Bernstein experienced it all and yet scored a career-high five victories in seven
final round appearances and a third-place finish in the NHRA
Powerade Series.
Bernstein started 2007 off on a high note with a runnerup finish in Pomona. Brandon went on a winning
streak starting in Las Vegas and capturing four wins in
five races. He hovered near the top of the leader board
for the remainder of the season and in the end, finished
just 37 points—or less than two rounds—away from
claiming the championship crown.
Away from the track, Brandon is a Dallas Cowboys fan,
listens to alternative music and enjoys playing golf.
Brandon was a standout soccer player for Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas, graduated from
Texas A&M University with a degree in kinesiology/
sports management, and resides in So. California.
Tommy Johnson, Jr.
In 2008 Kenny Bernstein Racing added legendary racer
Tommy Johnson Jr. to pilot the Monster Energy Drink
Funny Car. “ It’s such an honor and flattering to have
someone that high think that much of you,” said Johnson.
Prior to joining Kenny Bernstein Racing, Johnson drove
for Super Bowl champion Joe Gibbs, Helen Hoffman Racing, and spent seven seasons driving a Funny Car for
drag racing legend Don Prudhomme. With nine career
victories to his credit, and KBR behind him, the Funny
Car field will stay exciting for many years to come.

Tommy Johnson Jr.
Bio:
Birthplace: Ottumwa, Iowa
Current Residence: Avon, Indiana
In December 2007, Tommy Johnson Jr. was selected to pilot the Monster Energy
Funny Car by the team owner, Kenny Bernstein of Kenny Bernstein Racing.
When it was learned that Tommy would be without a ride for 2008, it only took a
few weeks before Kenny decided to step out of the cockpit, and subsequently offered Johnson the driver’s seat. By mid-December, the deal was struck and Johnson was being fitted to the cockpit.
Prior to joining Kenny Bernstein Racing, Johnson drove for Super Bowl champion
coach Joe Gibbs, Helen Hofmann Racing, and spent seven seasons driving for drag
racing legend Don Purdhomme.
“It’s such an honor and flattering to have someone that high thinks so much of
you,” Johnson said. Tommy started racing when he was eight years old in Iowa,
and knew then that racing was in his blood. By age fifteen, he was driving the
family Super Gas car and advanced to the family-owned alcohol Funny Car. We
are proud to support Tommy and the KBR racing team and wish him great success.

Hill Climb Champion
EGT supported Bret for over 8 years of his career, helping him to become one of the top Hill Climbers in recent history.
Quiet and un-assuming, Bret would work day and night if necessary,
to get to the starting line. His sleds always included the latest in technology including Data Loggers that downloaded to his computer so he
could study his performances and improve his climbing skills. He
achieved “KING of the HILL” status more times than we can count.
Thanks for being a terrific representative of EGT products, a good
friend and an icon of hill climb racing!
Mike Knapp
Mike Knapp and Knapp Attack Racing, was our first customer
to purchase the first recording instrument offered by Racepak in
1995 that included Data Download, the “Protune”. Within
weeks, they were gathering enough data to dial-in their sled and
burn the competition by nearly a full second. Knapp Attack
Racing went on to use several other Racepak Data recorders to
achieve Two National Championships and set numerous World
Speed Records.
Mike’s Team excelled in tough competition and credits his EGT /
Racepak data equipment for giving his team the edge when they
needed it. Between Mike and his very talented crew, they analyzed their data to perfection, applied consistent dial-ins and
smoked the tracks to championships.

Chris ‘Big Air” Burandt
Born and raised in Denver, CO, 26 year old Chris Burandt was introduced to his first love at the age of 5. With a natural talent to ride
snow machines, Chris decided to take his efforts to the track and make
a name in the snocross industry. Racing was a success for the teenager
but over time, speed and standard doubles weren't enough excitement
for the Colorado native.
Chris had a strong competitive edge but was most interested in giving
the crowd a show by seeing how far he could make his 500 pound machine fly. In 1999, it was the keen eye of Slednecks' founder and CEO
Jason Moriarty who recognized Chris' talents and invited the 20 year
old to join the Slednecks crew on a film shoot with industry ambassador's, Blair Morgan and Tucker Hibbert. Chris recognized the value
in the opportunity with Slednecks and was determined to appear in
the industry's leading film series, alongside the world's top snowmobile athletes. Within weeks Burandt shocked Moriarty and fellow riders by taking big air to the next level. That September, Slednecks 3
was released, showcasing Burandt's talent and ability nationally,
opening the door to his career as a professional snowmobiler.

Exhaust Gas Technologies manufactures exhaust gas temperature sensors for the toughest
applications known to man. In fact, nearly every Top Fuel Dragster and Funny Car in the world
use our Bullet series sensors. So what’s the big deal about a Top Fuel Dragster?
Some facts: They now produce 7880 horse power with a 500 C.I. engine, (that’s 975 HP. per
cylinder) that consumes 16 gallons of fuel in 1/4 mile, taking 4.44 seconds to complete. The
ignition produces 66,000 watts of power, the blower “Supercharger” pumps air into the cylinders. at 42 lbs. of boost and the exhaust is 2000° F. at a velocity of over 2,200 feet per second.
Our Bullet sensors sit less than 4” from the exhaust valve and are required to survive a hundred
runs minimum! What technologies we develop on the drag strip, as well as all other forms in
professional Motorsports, goes directly into the sensors we build for your vehicle today! All
sensors come with proper connector to mate with your current instrument or you can choose
from our complete selection of proven EGT indicators and recorders.

SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS
In 2008, Exhaust Gas Technologies joined forces with Kenny Bernstein Racing, Ringer Manufacturing, MONSTER Energy
Drinks, and Main Gate Incorporated in providing needed equipment and refreshments for the 257th Transportation Maintenance Company stationed at Camp Arijan, Kuwait. These men and woman are in charge of maintenance and repair of all
types of military vehicles coming out of Iraq. The Army was having intermittent supply issues securing quality mechanics
gloves for the troops of the 257th. In addition, they were tearing their hands up working 24/7 on the damaged vehicles, slowing the return of equipment back to Baghdad. We heard of the problem in June and by mid-July shipped the needed supplies directly from Kenny Bernstein Racing to Kuwait. Captain, Valeria A. Anderson, Company Commander of the 257th.,
accepted the shipment and dispersed the supplies to her troops. As you can see, they surly seemed pleased with our support.
We want to thank Captain Valeria Anderson and the 257th. for the opportunity to assist our troops, while they are serving
our country in Kuwait. We salute you and your solders, for supporting our American Forces in the middle of the desert.
Just a side note, as I write this in mid-August, the weather in Kuwait is 131 F., Winds NW 29 MPH, Heavy Blowing Widespread Dust and Humidity of 14%. It is rarely under 100F, between Mid July and late September, day or night!

Avenger I
5 1/2” x 2 7/16”
The Avenger I is a 6 minute recording tachometer with 2 EGT (exhaust gas temperature) inputs
designed especially for snowmobiles with AC lighting coils only!. The unit is dash mounted into a
2-1/16 inch circular hole and the face is 2-7/16 inches square. The .8 inch high display is programmable for engine RPM, EGT temps. 1 and 2 as well as Max EGT which is the scanning channel.
The Max Readings and user settable built-in alarm light warns you before trouble sets in.
The recording feature is activated by the remote thumb switch and allows rider to make long recorded runs for later review. Avenger I mates perfectly with famous EGT Stinger series Hyper
response probes. The perfect accessory for all twin cylinder sleds. The Avenger I can operate
down to -40F. The Auto-on feature turns the Avenger I on when the engine is started.

Racepak’s Ultra Dash Extreme series of LCD display dashes offer sled owners an exciting selection of alternatives to their existing instrumentation. With the UDX
dashes you can choose from either a dash that will display your monitored functions in real time, or one that displays plus records and replays up to 10 minutes of
stored data. As it that isn’t enough, the replay dash can be upgraded to record and download up to 32 channels of data to a PC for detailed analysis of the collected
data. Both models of the UDX dash will monitor and display engine RPM, Jackshaft RPM, Speedometer, Odometer, Water Temperature, and ACE M10 settings
input. They are also equipped with the ability to add up to four exhaust gas temperature sensors.
The display only dash has six internal indicator lights (high beam, water temperature, low oil, EGT, detonation, and premium fuel), while the replay dash has two
internal indicator lights (high beam and a general alarm light for water, EGT, RPM, and detonation). Recall of the minimum and maximum levels attained are also a
standard feature on both dashes.
The Display & Record dash will permit you to recall up to 10 minutes of recorded data for replay on the dash. It can also be ordered with the ability to download the
recorded data to a PC for data analysis. A serial cable and Racepak’s legendary DataLink software are used to transfer and view the data on a PC. This is the same
software used by NHRA professional racers worldwide.
Each UDX dash measures 4.0” tall x 10.2” wide, and stands .750” above a flat mounting surface. Studs on the rear of the dash facilitate mounting. The 2.687” LCD
display panel features easy to read numeric displays with a bright electro-luminescent backlighting for night riding. Power comes from either 12 Volt AC or DC.
Each kit includes the wiring harness and jackshaft RPM sensor. A split collar with magnet for the jackshaft must be purchased separately.

The HOT NEW UDX Street Dash has all the amenities needed on a street driven vehicle. Through a combination of your existing sensors and those included in our
kit, this dash will provide you with the ability to display engine RPM, Speedometer, Odometer, Water and Oil Temperature, Oil Pressure, Battery Voltage and Fuel
Level. It has internal lights for such items as low oil pressure, high water temperature, turn signals, high beam, and parking break. Additional functions can be displayed with the optional V-Net sensor and module combination. A relay for a electric fan controller, and a min / max recall function, are included in the Street Dash
kit.
The Replay Dash is another stand-alone instrument. In addition to providing real time display this dash can store up to 10 minutes of recorded data on the display
and replayed back for later review. The Replay Dash kit includes a wire loom and sensors for engine RPM, Water Temperature, Oil Pressure, and Battery Voltage.
Sensors for monitoring other functions must be purchased as options.
UDX dashes are capable of displaying 21 different functions. There are five numeric displays, plus the engine RPM sweep bar, on each of four screen “pages”.
Scrolling from one page to the next is accomplished with the push of a button. The 7.25” X 2.62” LCD screen is backlit for night operation. Each dash has output
for a shift light, and shift point programming is done right on the screen. Warning lights are located on each side of the display screen. You have the ability to assign
these low or high threshold alarms to your choice of monitored functions. The buttons at the bottom of the panel are used to scroll through the screen pages as well
as to activate various functions. UDX instrument panels are ideal for keeping everything within easy reach and view, while reducing the amount of space that must
be allotted for buttons, switches, lights, and gauges on your dash board. Additional sensors can be added by using the popular individual V-Net sensors and module
combinations found on pages 32 and 33.
Overall dimensions of the attractive UDX satin finish bezel is 4.0” tall and 10.2” wide. It will stand out .750” from the mounting surface. The dash can be mounted
against any flat panel which permits a depth of 2.00” inches behind the mounting surface for clearance of the dash and it’s rear mounted V-Net cable. The dash
weighs a mere 21 ozs. (.58 kg)
Given the popularity of replay and recall gauges, the UDX Replay Dash goes one step further by providing the ability to replay up to 10 minutes of data, while also
functioning as full feature LCD display dash.
The UDX Replay Dash includes a wire loom and sensors for engine RPM, water temperature, oil pressure and battery voltage. Sensors for displaying other sensor
inputs must be purchased separately.
While similar to our other series of UDX display dashes, the EFI UDX Display Dash is designed as a plug and play replay and display dash for many of the popular
EFI engine management systems. By utilizing an optional Racepak EFI module, the EFI Display Dash can display many of the functions monitored by the EFI controller.

The LDX Logger Dash combines a digital display dash with an internal data recorder, creat- (18.415cm X 6.6675cm)
ing a compact, lightweight, all-in-one data acquisition system. The LDX Logger Dash utilizes Weight:
the benefits of Racepak’s single cable V-Net technology by sharing the data from all sensors 25 ounces (71 kg)
with the data logger. In addition to the wiring harness, which imports the signals from the
engine RPM, driveshaft RPM, water temperature, oil pressure and battery voltage, up to 32
optional sensors may be attached via the single V-Net cable. This yields a total recording
capacity of 37 sensor inputs.
The LDX Logger Dash can record and upload data to a PC via a supplied serial cable, while
at the same time displaying the input from up to 21 of those sensors on the display screen.
With a simple push of a button, users can view the displayed sensor data by scrolling
through four screens of information. Each page contains five user programmable sensor
inputs, plus the engine RPM bar graph.
Selecting what sensor data will be viewed is accomplished through the Datalink II software.
Also included are output ports to allow connection to an external shift light and warning
light. Shift points can be programmed using the left and right buttons located at the bottom
of the dash, while reviewing settings on the display. These same buttons are also utilized to
program warning limits and review minimum and maximum values for displayed data.
One MB of memory provides a generous amount of recording time, with sampling rates
available up to 100 times per second, per channel. Uploaded data is accomplished through a
supplied 6’ serial cable. Four threaded studs on the rear of the dash are providing for
mounting. This product is typically utilized for Motorsports not requiring any type of lap
timing information.

The new IQ3 merges Racepak’s V-Net single cable sensor technology and
proven GPS based data logging with a fully programmable display, creating a
complete data center.
The full feature dash includes an internal 32 sensor channel data logger,
while track mapping and speed is obtained by the internal GPS board and 3
axis G meter thus eliminating the need for an external data logger, beacon
receiver and wheel speed sensor. No sensor wiring harness is required, as all

The key to the G2X is its ability to interpret signals from GPS satellites to
quickly establish the position and movement of the vehicle. From this monitored data other performance parameters can then be calculated. The G2X
has the ability to provide track mapping, lap times/number/distance, segment
times, speed, lateral G-force, and acceleration G-force. With 128 MB of
memory, over 20 hours of GPS data can be stored.
Enhancing the features of the G2X is its versatile digital display dash that
will provide the driver with a display of lap times, lap number, per lap gain/
loss, gear indicator, progressive shift light, battery voltage, and G-forces.
Engine RPM is available to those with an ignition system that provides a tach
signal output, and three additional inputs from external sensors can be displayed on the dash. When the vehicle is stationary the gear indicator becomes
a display of the number of satellite currently being monitored. The dash is
also used to provide a means of defining the start/finish line while on the
track, thus providing immediate access to displayed data. The dash can be
attached to a steering wheel or mounted on the dash panel. A single cable
provides the connection between the G2X and the dash for programming
purposes.

The G2X-Pro builds on the G2X’s already impressive capabilities by allowing the user to monitor up to 71 channels, while providing lap and segment timing along with speed and track mapping functions through the use of GPS information. The G2X-Pro utilizes our exclusive V-Net plug
and play technology which allows the data from up to 55 sensors to be transmitted via a single cable to the data recorder. The G2X-Pro brings with
it more hardware in the form of our steering position, throttle position, and brake pressure package.
This package provides easy installation through the use of a module that permits the user to terminate these sensor cables to the desired length. A
single cable then links the module to the G2X-Pro recorder. Suspension and ride height data may also be obtained by purchasing the appropriate

Racepak’s Intelli-Gauges are the best way to relay pertinent engine and drive train
information when using our V-Net data recording systems. The V-Net wiring capabilities means the gauges and the data acquisition components can share the same
sensors to reduce wiring.
All of the gauges are 2 5/8” diameter and feature a 270° sweep needle along with a

When Racepak introduced their series of V-Net data loggers, which
allows all sensors to transmit their data back to the data logger via a
single cable, the next logical progression in this technology was to
add the ability to plug gauges and dashes into this same V-Net cable.
By doing so, this would allow the gauge to share the sensor information with the data logger, thus providing a true “vehicle network” of
data logger, sensors and gauges, all routing their data through a
single cable.
INTELLIGENT GAUGES: These are not your average analog or
digital gauge. They are both. In addition, they are highly accurate,
stylish, dependable, and provide real time display for your monitored
functions.
WARNING ALARM: Intelli-Gauges can act as a watchdog. Each
gauge can monitor user-programmable minimum or maximum limits
and flash the digital display (and/or a remote light) when either
threshold is exceeded.
EASY INSTALLATION: If a function is currently being monitored on the V-Net, simply plug the gauge online and it shares the
signals from that function’s sensor. If not, install a sensor and its
module for the function you wish to monitor, plug both modules
onto the V-Net cable, and the installation is complete.
ENGINEERED FOR LOOKS AND PERFORMANCE: When
you combine the looks and performance of these gauges you have an
unbeatable combination of elegance and function. Intelli-Gauge
cases and connectors are sonic welded to provide maximum protection against contaminating elements. They weigh a mere 49 grams.
Their smart looks can be attributed to an easy-to-read dial face that
uses wide spread increment marks in the prime operating range, a
digital display to complement the needle movement, and a smooth
curved bezel that surrounds your choice of a white of black dial face.
ELIMINATE THE CLUTTER: Using the Intelli-Gauge with one
of our data acquisition systems is a great way to eliminate some of
the wiring clutter under the hood. These gauge derive their signal
from the data acquisition system’s sensors, so there is no duplication
of wiring or sensors as you would have with other stand-alone
gauges.
V300SD Data Recorder
RP-200-KT-V300SDL
The V300SD series data recorder is our newest data recorder. In base configuration,
the V300SD monitors five parameters, but it can be expanded to monitor up to 67
channels of data to meet the needs of most users.
The V300SD can sample data as quickly as 1000 times per second. Uploading recorded data to your computer is done via a SD memory card, which provides you
with hours of recording time and the ability to store many runs prior to uploading the
data. This means that no download cable is required!
The V300SD also has multiple methods of displaying monitored data in real time.
When linked by serial cable to your PC you can view all recorded functions in either
graph format or on 8 virtual gauges while the vehicle is running. Any monitored
function can also be displayed in real time on Racepak’s optional Intelli-Gauges,
UDX dash or IQ3 display dash. Also, the V300SD can monitor overall ignition timing with the optional timing package. See page 31 for more information.

If you need to monitor many channels of information while using fast sampling rates
for extended recording periods, the V500 is for you.
RP-200-KT-V500-4MBDL
The V500 handles more channels of information than the V300SD data recorder,
supporting up to 75 total channels of information. With that comes high sampling
speed rates (up to 1000/sec.) and an internal recording capacity of 4 MB of memory.
Information can be displayed in real time on a PC monitor, uploaded to the PC for
analysis using the Racepak Datalink Data Analysis software, or displayed on the
optional Intelli-Gauges, UDX dash or IQ3 display dash.
The V500 can be equipped to monitor overall timing, or individual cylinder timing
on those vehicles using the proper programmable ignition system, with optional
timing package.

The LM-2 combines an air/fuel ratio meter, a full-function 32-channel datalogger, and powerful software to deliver a complete tuning

The LM-2 also features two fully programmable linear analog outputs to connect to analog gauges, dyno computers,
ECUs, piggyback controllers, and other devices with analog
inputs. Analog output 1 comes setup from the factory ready
for narrowband simulation; analog output 2 is configured
as 0 volt = 7.35 AFR and 5 volts = 22.39 AFR. With the provided LM Programmer software these analog outputs may
also be configured by the user.

The OpenTune interface allows high speed data logging from any car, truck, and SUV made since
1996, and integrates with Innovate air/fuel meters and other modular tuning system (MTS) components. As more and more people are using modern electronics to tune their late-model cars, trucks,
or SUVs, demand is growing for tools that offer full scan and diagnostic capabilities. The Innovate
OpenTune system offers just that, combining affordability and ease of use with professional-quality
data rates, parameter selections, and analysis capabilities. Car computers these days are connected
to hundreds of sophisticated sensors. The OT-1 allows you to “open” any car’s computer, and directly see what these sensors are measuring. Users can select up to 16 channels from hundreds of
available parameters, and log the data 12 times per second. Users can also record up to 28 conditions, states, and codes as “status” channels, and reset check engine lights and other trouble codes.

Since many top tuners already use Innovate tools, the OpenTune system allows street customers to email a log file to their tuner if they develop a problem
or have a question. In conjunction with the powerful LogWorks software, tuners can also collaborate with other tuners by exchanging log files to get help
with tuning challenges. The OT-1 works on every vehicle manufactured since 1996, making it the first available high-speed scanner/logger for many makes,

If you are considering using a Superchips*, Edge*, Hypertech* or other “chip tuner” to replace your stock tune with a canned tune, you should consider
data acquisition. With the Innovate OpenTune system, you can log very detailed data prior to making any modifications. Then, after modifying, you log
additional data and compare. This allows you to see what’s being changed, by how much, if the changes are safe for your engine, and where you might find
room for additional improvement.
Most late-model cars and light trucks do not have a wideband oxygen sensor, but they DO have about 100 other sensors that gather very useful information.
Instead of duplicating these sensors externally, the OpenTune interface allows you to directly access these existing sensors. The OT-1 is a fully-compliant
Innovate MTS device, so it can drive XD-16 gauges, log to DL-32 recorders, and integrate fully-synchronous data with Innovate widebands and other sensor
controllers.

The RAD-1 is a precise Digital Inclinometer that features user-programmable maximum safe angles, and a progressive warning tone (like a backup warning). The display shows X (Pitch) and Y (Roll) angles and stores max values, but it's the audio warning that really makes it useful. If you ever go off-road,
you'll be surprised and amazed by how useful this meter is. Each character display will show a range from 0 degrees up to a maximum of 60 degrees for
both X and Y axes’. The unit will have a progressive audio alert indicating the unit is approaching a maximum angle which has been preset by user, and is
factory preprogrammed to begin audio alert beep sequence when unit is tilted at angle 14 degrees less than user programmed set point. For example, if user
sets 35 degrees as maximum angle then the RAD-1 starts beeping at 21 degrees. Beeping becomes progressively faster as final set point is approached according to the following sequence:
*21 degrees, beeper starts @ 1 second intervals
*24 degrees, beeper increases rate to 1/2 second intervals
*27 degrees, beeper increases rate to 1/4 sec intervals
*30 degrees, beeper becomes steady tone
The 14 degree range will be factory set and whatever final degree set point the user chooses the beep sequence
will begin 14 degrees prior and then become a steady tone 5 degrees prior to that point.
In addition to the steady audio alert that begins when the angle is within 5 degrees of the user set point, each
display also begins to flash when this same angle point is met for each axis.
The RAD-1 comes complete with the unit, manual, cigarette-power adapter, and Velcro for mounting.

The SSI-4 device is a simple sensor interface that adds 4 inputs to an MTS Log Chain. The SSI-4
may also be used as a stand-alone device for logging data directly into a laptop with the included
LogWorks software or it can be used in conjunction with any other MTS compliant device.
Channel 1 is a direct RPM input by default, and can also be configured for external 0-5V, frequency,
or spark reference for ignition timing measurement. Channels 2-4 are configured to digitize external
0-5V analog signals by default. Channel 2 can directly measure frequency (like driveshaft speed) or
duty cycle (for injectors). Channel 3 can measure RPM from a VR (variable reluctance) sensor, and
can also be set up for ignition timing crank angle reference ( trigger wheels) or frequency. Input 4
defaults to digitizing external 0-5V analog signals, but can also be configured as a frequency input.
The SSI-4 is also a key component of Innovate Motorsports' Modular Tuning System (MTS). Using
the SSI-4's serial ports you can daisy-chain other Innovate devices such as the XD-16, AuxBox
(LMA-3), LC-1, DL-32, and TC-4

The AuxBox attaches to the auxiliary input of the LM-2 and allows a user to log and analyze 5 critical
engine metrics in addition to the air/fuel ratio native on the LM-2. The AuxBox makes the LM-2 into a
complete tuning kit, allowing the user to capture, view, and analyze data on all 6 channels that the LM-2
can log internally. Correlating AFR, RPM, MAP, and CHT, for example, is essential when tuning piggyback fuel controllers, ECU programmers, aftermarket ECUs, or racing carburetors.
The 5 internal sensors are intended for capturing Manifold Air Pressure (MAP or Boost), Cylinder Head
Temperature (CHT) or Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT), RPM conversion (from a tach signal or inductive clamp), Acceleration, and Injector Duty Cycle (or Dwell). The internal MAP sensor is a 3-bar absolute
pressure sensor, providing accurate data up to 44.1 PSIA. The temperature measurement circuit features a
K-type thermocouple. The internal accelerometer features 2 axis measurements with mounting options.

Air/Fuel Ratio Options & Accessories
The LC-1 Lambda cable is a complete wideband controller built in to a sealed cable. It features the same
award-winning patented digital measurement principal found in the LM-1, and includes digital input,
output, and 2 user programmable analog outputs .
The LC-1 is more accurate than conventional designs costing many times as much, and its self-calibrating
circuitry can compensate for changes in temperature, altitude and sensor condition. The LC-1 is ideal for
applications such as Dynos, Data Acquisition, Standalone ECUs, piggyback fuel controllers, OBD-II software or chip programmers, and gauges.
With the LC-1, you can add additional wideband channels to your LM-1, convert an existing narrowband gauge, or add wideband capabilities to your dyno. You can even tune individual cylinders by using
multiple LC-1 kits.

The Bosch LSU4.2 wide-band O2 sensor (shipped as part of the LM-2 kit) is rated to operate at an exhaust gas temperature of
< 1300 degrees (F), and a sensor housing temperature of < 900 degrees (measured at the bung) for maximum accuracy and
control. When either of these operating temperature ranges is exceeded, the sensor can no longer be accurately controlled.
Further, operating at or over these temperatures for any length of time can significantly reduce the lifetime of the sensor.
The HBX-1 is intended to provide a degree of thermal isolation in applications where the pipe temperature exceeds 900°F
(approx. 500°C) with a heat-sinking design intended to screw into a new or existing 18mm bung. It also works great in extending sensor life in 2 stroke applications, due to the small orifice to sample the exhaust gases.

Boondocker EFI Control Boxes for Turbo / Supercharged Snowmobile's
Real-Time Status: New Status Screen feature shows real-time rpm’s, injector duty cycle (input from ECU and output to
Injectors), engine load (LO/MD/HI), boost pressure, and fuel adjustment currently being made by the Control Box. These
Stats can be “captured” with the push of a button during riding, so you can stop and quickly make fuel adjustments when
tuning. Max average and peak boost pressures are still recorded and saved in the control box along with max rpm’s and max
input/output injector duty cycles.
Accelerator Pump Fuel Adjustment: This feature is useful to pull fuel when jumping on the throttle, to improve throttle response. This helps resolve the short fat condition that can occur due to exhaust backpressure, before the turbo starts to make
boost.
Boost Adjustments: The boost adjustment’s have been shifted for better fine tuning in the region where engine transitions to
boost (0 to 3psi range). We have found that above 3psi, the boost builds evenly and fuel requirements are easier to set, so less
adjustment settings are needed. However, boost and fuel requirements can be more erratic before 3psi, due to on/off throttle
conditions and inertia in the turbine shaft (producing residual boost). These settings help ”dial-in” difficult spots when rapid
on/off of the throttle allows better throttle response and more consistent operation.
Exhaust Valve Based Fuel Window Adjustment: An Exhaust Valve Input is available for Arctic Cats that allows a “fuel
adjustment window” to be set up just before the exhaust valve opens, in-order to add fuel to this inherent lean spot. These
sleds run lean just before the exhaust valves open due to EPA emission requirements and for improving fuel mileage under
light cruise conditions. Without this feature, fuel adjustments can be tricky due to the stock fuel mapping suddenly going from very lean to very rich whenever the exhaust valve opens. Since
exhaust valve opening varies with throttle position and rpm’s, these conditions can be difficult to resolve using adjustments based only on RPM and engine load.
Nitrous with Turbo Use: “Synergy” activated nitrous is available for all turbo kits. A small shot of nitrous can be used to help cool the intake air or eliminate turbo lag.
Improved Water Resistance: Since the start of the 06/07 season, all control boxes use sealed
connectors keep moisture out of the connections in order to prevent corrosion. The control

This FANTOM controller is not like the others on the market. The current box's that have been selling for the last few years are RPM and Throttle based
systems, which do not take into effect the timing and load placed on the vehicle, that's why guy's are still burning down their machines! Not to mention
there difficult to program.
The Fantom controller is a Load Based system that's as easy to tune as the carburetor’s that we've all been accustomed to all these years! The system even
has a fail safe mode that advises you of improper controller operation.

Load based box doesn't effect your factory compensation qualities so you don't have to re-tune the box every ride. Built in safeties alert you if there is a
default in the system before damage occurs. Instructions are relayed to you in carburetor terms. If you can tune a carb, you can tune this box!

Fastrax Motorsports Fantom Fuel Controller
LED lights on the face are referred to as 1 thru 8 from left to right. Modes are referred to in the order they appear as you push the mode button. They are
each assigned a colored LED or pair of LED's to help you identify them.
Notes: Pushing the mode button toggles you through modes 1-5 in order. When you reach the mode you wish to adjust, pushing either the + or - button will
move the flashing light in that mode indicating the change you are making. When you reach setting #1 moving to the (-) side if you push the (-) button one
more time the light will flash faster. This indicates that that mode is now turned OFF. That mode will no longer add or subtract any fuel from the stock
ECU curve!
Mode 1: Indicated by GREEN light. Controls bottom end fuel similar to a pilot jet in a carburetor, as you move the light to the right(+) the box will add
fuel...to the left(-) takes fuel away.
Mode 2: Indicated by AMBER light. Controls midrange fuel similar to the needle in a carburetor. (+ adds fuel...-takes fuel away)
Mode 3: Indicated by RED light. Controls top end fuel similar to a main jet in a carburetor. (+ adds fuel...- takes fuel away)
Mode 4: Indicated by AMBER and BLUE lights. Controls the transition point from bottom end to midrange (mode 1 to 2). Start at #6 setting , as you adjust
(-) the box will transition from bottom end into midrange fuel SOONER which will make the motor act richer at lower RPM's, as you adjust (+) the box will
transition LATER which will make the motor act leaner at lower RPM's.
Mode 5: Indicated by RED and BLUE lights. Controls the transition point from midrange to top end fuel. Start at #7 setting. Adjustments work the same as
they do in mode 4 except you are controlling the transition from midrange fuel to top end fuel.
As you can see, it can't get simpler than this! You only need 5 minutes to install!

Every now and then, we run across a product that is so simple in design, works extremely
well and is sold at such a low price that we feel we must offer it to our customers. The
Dial-A-Jet is just that kind of product. If you are having difficulty obtaining proper jetting,
you should consider this product. In combination with any of the EGT indicators or recorders the Dial-A-Jet will simplify your tuning problems down to an elementary level. Dial-AJet is a completely adjustable external jetting system that allows you to rejet by simply
turning a five position dial. Dial-A Jet delivers pre-atomized fuel (vaporized fuel) maximizing the horsepower of any engine at any temperature or altitude. Dial-A-Jet improves
throttle response and fuel mileage. It works great with stock or modified engines, with
standard or modified air boxes and with either factory or aftermarket exhaust pipes. Easy to
install kits are available for all makes and models including the new Yamaha twins and
quads. The “Dually” System is for large bore carbs, (38mm and larger) and will supply 20% to 30% of your fuel flow in a pre-atomized state. This enhances the low
and mid range power of big carburetors while greatly improving throttle response and fuel mileage. Each click of the dial adjusts for either a 1500 to 2000 foot
change in altitude or a 15 to 20
degree change in temperature and there are 5 clicks or positions so you have a tremendous range to choose from. When you install the Dial-A-Jet you will need to
also reduce the main jets by two or three sizes below the proper size for your conditions – which is usually two sizes lower than the factory jetting. We’re talking
possibly four or five sizes lower than the original jets - really! You will also want to drop the needle (raise the clip) at least one notch. The Dial-A-Jet is working all
the way from idle to full throttle.

U.F.O. (Ultimate Flow Optimizer)
The UFO is a simple, trouble free, aerodynamic piece that fits Mikuni carburetors
from 30 mm through 44 mm. The UFO makes a normal round slide carburetor outperform the more expensive flat slide carburetor by eliminating turbulence and increasing air flow and velocity, creating a highly atomized fuel charge. Normal gains
are 3/4 to 1 HP per 100 cc of engine displacement. (Rejetting and tuning are required).
Without the U.F.O., the air hits the forward wall of the slide cavity creating a rolling
air turbulence which forces the poorly atomized fuel droplets to the lower portion of
the carb bore resulting in poor fuel atomization and poor performance.
With the aerodynamic U.F.O. filling the slide cavity, the rolling air turbulence is
eliminated. The higher velocity air flow pulls the fuel further up the needle and higher * More horsepower with less fuel

Carburetor Needle Shim Kit
Controls Fuel Metering From 1/4 to 3/4 Throttle
A standard carburetor needle has five adjustable ‘E”-Clip positions that
move in increments of .040” (forty thousandths of an inch) at a time. This
large adjustment can take you from too rich to too lean (or visa versa) in
just one step. The 5/20 Shim Kit allows you to adjust your needle .010” (ten
thousandths of an inch) at a time, giving you a total of 20 adjustments instead of just five.
Uses existing needle. Kit consists of .010”, .020”, and .030” precision cut
stainless steel, colored shims. Available in one, two and three cylinder kits.

Jet Needle
The Jet Needle is the tapered rod that is positioned in the throttle valve by the
‘E’-Clip. The taper of the needle increases the clearance between the Jet Needle
and the fixed Needle Jet outlet as the throttle is opened. As the air flow volume
increases past the throttle slide, the fuel volume is also increased to maintain the
Needle ‘E’-Clip Position
The position of the ‘E’-Clip in the
Jet Needle is used to correct or
change the air/fuel ratio between 1/4

The MSD Enhancer for the Honda 400EX replaces the stock CDI and coil and allows
you to optimize the ignition timing to get the most performance possible. Once your
initial timing is set up you can alter the timing curve between 22° and 29° with the dip
switches instead of having to open up the engine to move the stator. The built-in Holeshot feature allows you to set a lower rpm limit when you’re staged at the starting line of
a race. This produces more consistent launches and lets you concentrate on the holeshot.
The MSD produces a hotter spark than the factory ignition resulting in crisp throttle
response, no starting line bogs and great top end power. The kit comes complete with the
ignition, coil, 8.5mm Super Conductor Spark plug wire and mounting hardware.

Enhancer for Honda® ATC/TRX 250R
MSD’s Enhancer TM for the Honda Fourtrax 250R replaces the stock CDI igniter
and coil, yet your Fourtrax’s lighting system will still function normally. The spark
energy of the Enhancer is four times the output of the stock ignition. That means
you’ll be burning all the fuel in the cylinder, and that’ll get you up to top speed
faster and a lot more efficiently. The Enhancer lets you tune the timing curve with
an adjustable potentiometer. Now you’ll be able to feel the power from the aftermarket parts you’ve put on your Fourtrax! The stator and flywheel must have a
simple modification done which is explained in the instruction manual
that comes with it. The rechargeable NiCad battery has a run life of 10 to 12 hours
before it needs recharging. The kit consists of: the Enhancer, MSD coil, 8.5mm
Spark Plug Wire, MSD boots, connectors and
7.2-volt NiCad battery.

The MSD Enhancer TM for the Yamaha Banshee allows you to optimize the ignition timing curve to get the most performance you can out of the engine. The Enhancer installs easily and plugs directly into the stock wiring, replacing the Yamaha
CDI under the rear fender and coils. Once your initial timing is set-up you can
change the timing curve between 21° and 28° with the dip switches instead of having to open up the engine and manually move the stator. The built-in Holeshot
feature allows predictable launches at the starting gate by providing an rpm limit.
This is an MSD Ignition so you can expect a hotter spark - twice as much spark
energy compared to the stock ignition! A 7.2- volt battery will power the ignition
for about 2 hours before it needs recharging. An optional MSD NiCad fast charger
is also available. The complete kit is supplied with the Enhancer, MSD coil, 7.2-volt
NiCad battery and mounting bracket.

Timing Controls - The MC-4 gives you the ability to program a variety of timing functions exclusively for your application. Being able to set an ignition curve for
the holeshot and the timing of each cylinder will help get every bit of performance and power out of your bike!
Individual Cylinder Timing - The Spark to each cylinder can be adjusted up to 5° in 0.1° increments which will eliminate any compromises in timing. A Cam Sync
Sensor must be used to take advantage of this feature.
Run Timing Curve - Plot a timing curve throughout the entire range of your engine by 0.1° per 100 rpm.
Launch Timing Curve - Program a separate timing curve exclusively for the launch! Compensate for varying track conditions. Programmable in 0.1° increments for

Below 3,000 rpm, the ignition produces a series of multiple sparks that burn in the cylinder for up to 35° of crankshaft rotation. This proven technology keeps the
spark plugs clean at low rpm and improves the throttle response while reducing any chance of hesitation for off-idle acceleration.
The MC-3 Pro Stock Ignition is designed for racing applications with two spark plugs per cylinder. Since it is a race only ignition, MSD engineers included a Two
Step Rev Control and Shift Interrupt feature into the ignition. The Two Step lets you set two rev limits; one to use for consistent holeshots and another for top end
overrev protection. The Shift Interrupt can be connected to the air shifter so when it is activated, the ignition output is momentarily disabled to unload the transmission. This produces incredibly smooth and fast shifts!
Triggering chores can be handled with MSD’s Hall Effect Pickups or the stock amplifier system. It is supplied with 11,000, 12,000 and 13,000 RPM Modules. From

Whether you have a street, touring or race bike, the powerful sparks of the MSD MC-3 Ignition will improve your motorcycle’s overall drivability through complete combustion of the fuel mixture. If your engine is equipped with sensitive multiple
carbs, the MC-3 will help in case the carbs are not perfectly synchronized.
Not only does the MC-3 produce high output sparks, but it also fires the spark plug multiple times to ensure combustion and
prevent plug fouling. Unlike the stock ignition which fires the plug only once on the combustion stroke, the MC-3 uses state
of the art digital technology to deliver a series of hot multiple sparks at low speed where poor fuel atomization occurs. This
envelope of sparks (up to 10 at idle) quickens starting, smoothes out the idle and improves off-line throttle response.
A high speed RISC microprocessor accurately keeps tabs on the rpm, rev limits and timing of the ignition. The MC-3 accepts trigger signals from the stock ignition so you can retain the factory ignition curve, or for racing applications, hall
effect pickups can also be used. The MC-3 Ignition can be used on single, two or 4-cylinder motorcycles using single or
dual output coils with points or amplifier triggering.

Soft Touch Rev Control:The MC-3 features MSD’s proven Soft Touch Rev Control. By setting an rpm limit you can
protect the engine from overrev damage due to missed shifts or broken drive train. While in the rev limit mode, the Soft
Touch Rev Control randomly drops the sparks to the cylinders while refiring the same cylinder on the next engine revolution to prevent any fuel loading up. This
method of rev control produces the smoothest form of rev control available! The rpm limit is adjusted with plug-in modules and the MC-3 is supplied with a 10,000,
11,000 and 12,000 RPM Module.
Two Step Module Selector:This feature allows you to set two rpm limits; one for top end overrev protection and the other to set a launch rpm limit. Setting an rpm
limit while you’re staged and waiting for the green light will keep your holeshots consistent and quick.
Air Shifter Ignition Interrupt:This feature produces smooth, backfire free shifts with automated air shifters. By wiring this circuit to the shifter, the ignition output
is momentarily disabled whenever the shifter is activated. This safely unloads the transmission for lightning quick shifts with no backfires!

Programmable Timing Curve
Precise ignition timing is essential to produce maximum horsepower. However, one timing setting is not
ideal for an engine’s entire rpm range. The dynamics of air and fuel flow into the engine as well as the
speed that the piston travels through the combustion stroke all affect the ideal timing setting. Due to
these variables, ignition timing has always caused a compromise. The MSD Programmable Ignition
accepts no compromises and gives you the ability to program a custom timing curve to match your
engine’s requirements!
The Multi-Channel Ignition lets you set an incredibly accurate timing curve throughout the rpm range of
the engine. There are three settings that you easily program to create a timing curve for your application.
First you set the initial timing, or where the timing will be at an idle or low rpm. Next you set the rpm
point to begin the ignition curve followed by the amount you want it to retard (up to 30°) through the
high rpm limit. All of the adjustments are made with dip switches built into the ignition.
With MSD you don’t have to compromise your engine’s timing which means more power throughout
the entire rpm range!
Rev Control
The Multi-Channel Programmable Ignition features an adjustable Two Step rev control. This gives you the ability to program two rev limits; one to protect the engine
from overrev damage and another to activate at the starting line for quick holeshots.
To take advantage of the Holeshot feature, you simply need to install a handlebar mounted momentary switch. When the Holeshot rev limit is activated you can hold
the throttle wide open and the MSD Soft Touch rev control circuitry will keep the engine at your desired launch rpm. The limit is adjustable with built-in dip switches
and can be set between 3,000 to 6,750 rpm in 250 rpm increments. This way you can concentrate on the green light and, hit it, you release the button and the engine is
already at full power and you launch out in front!

designed to fit in the stock location. The Enhancer ignition gives the racer an edge due to the powerful spark
energy and adjustable rev-limiter.
MSD’s Enhancer ignitions are designed as direct performance replacement of the weak, stock ignition module
wire for wire. Each model is equipped with factory style connectors for a simple installation while providing a
quick and easy boost in performance and reliability.
Most factory ignition modules in today’s personal watercrafts are designed to be inexpensive to manufacture
while producing a sufficient spark at best. To make matters worse, when you start improving the performance of
your watercraft this weak ignition will limit the power that you are trying to boost!
Our Enhancer Ignitions are designed to deliver a much more powerful spark, as much as four times more spark
energy, to ensure complete combustion of the fuel mixture. This complete combustion results in improved performance including quick throttle response, improved pulling power and top end, plus will reduce spark plug
fouling. With an Enhancer Ignition installed on your stock or modified watercraft, you have the groundwork set

Yamaha® Enhancer (PN MSD-4253)
If you own a Yamaha® with a 650 or 701 engine this Enhancer is a necessity! The Enhancer produces a powerful spark with
increased spark duration. Not only does this improved spark energy boost power, but this Enhancer features a more aggressive
timing curve for even more power to get you going! At lower rpm you’ll notice incredible acceleration and throttle response due
to advancing the timing, then as the rpm increases the timing retards to the factory setting to prevent detonation and engine
damage.
For racers, there is also a lower rpm limit that you can activate for quick and consistent holeshots. By activating a switch
mounted on the handlebar the rpm will limit around 3,000 rpm. When the rubber band is snapped, you release the button and the

Kawasaki® Enhancer
There are two versions of the Kawasaki® 750 Enhancer. Both models feature the
increased spark energy you expect from MSD plus they have an adjustable rev
limiter and holeshot rpm limit. The rev limit is adjusted with a potentiometer on
the back of the ignition housing. The holeshot feature lets you activate a lower
rpm limit that is best to use for quick starts at the beginning of a race. Also, these
ignitions can be connected to the factory overheat sensor. With this feature, if the
water temperature gets too high, the Enhancer will limit the rpm to a safe value to
avoid any engine damage.

travels through the combustion stroke all affect the ideal timing setting. Fortunately, the Programmable MSD
Ignition lets you tune in a custom timing curve to match your engine’s requirements! The Multi-Channel Ignition lets you set an incredibly accurate
timing curve throughout the rpm range of the engine. There are three settings
that you program to create a timing curve. First you set where you want the
initial timing, or idle timing. Next you set the rpm point to begin the curve followed by the amount you want it to retard (up to
30°) through the high rpm limit. All of the adjustments are made with dip switches built into the ignition.

Delay for Electric Starters: When activated, this mode will not produce a spark for the first several rotations of the engine. This helps build momentum in the engine,
making it easier to start.

Water Injection Control Systems
Programmable Water Injection System
Stock and performance exhaust systems are designed for maximum power at a specific rpm. It’s not really something you can change during a race, and we know that
compromises power at other rpm. Racers don’t like to compromise, so MSD offers a new Programmable Water Injection system so you can tune your exhaust to
match any rpm!
By injecting water into the exhaust chamber at lower rpm, the density of the exhaust pulse is increased which slows it down. This has the same affect as lengthening
the chamber to increase low to mid range torque and power! The Programmable Water Injection system uses MSD’s Pro-Data+ Windows based software so you can
easily program how much water and at what rpm it gets injected into the pipe. The programming features allow you to inject water from 0 to 100 percent anywhere
from 500 rpm to 12, 000 rpm.
The kit comes complete with spray nozzles, solenoid, heat resistant hose, programmable controller and software.
Water Injection Control Systems
Injecting water into an exhaust system fools the engine into thinking it has the best of both worlds.
Exhaust systems cause racers to compromise their engine’s power. Exhaust systems are designed to be tuned to deliver maximum power within a specific rpm range.
Performance can be gained by using the exhaust pulse waves to create pressure variations which have an effect on the rate as the exhaust gases exit the combustion
chamber. The problem is that you are limited to that one power band which compromises your power!
Fortunately, MSD offers the Pulse Width Modulated Water Injection Control Kit that allows you to modify the exhaust at programmable rpm points by injecting
water into the pipe. Introducing water to the exhaust alters the exhaust pulses thereby modifying the back pressure! With this technology you can “tune” your exhaust
system throughout the rpm range of your engine.
For example, by injecting water into the exhaust chamber at lower rpm, the density of the exhaust pulse is increased which slows it down. This has the same affect as
lengthening the chamber to increase low to mid range torque and power!
The MSD PWM Kit takes the engine rpm signal and processes it through a digital controller which pulses a solenoid to allow water to enter the exhaust chamber. The system can be installed on virtually any watercraft and
features dip switches for easy adjustment of the rpm activation points. There are also bright LEDs that alert you as
to when a solenoid is pulsing water into the system and to confirm a solid trigger signal from the ignition.
There are two systems available, a single and a triple channel system. Each are supplied with spray nozzles, solenoids, heat resistant hose and the controller.

Small Engine Ignition Controls
The MSD Small Engine Controllers are more than capable of handling increased cylinder pressures, higher
rpm and even exotic fuels such as alcohol. This incredible power comes from a Capacitive Discharge Ignition design that is able to deliver a spark in excess of 30,000 volts! This spark is also packed with 100 Mill
joules of energy and will burn across the plug gap for up to 18° of crankshaft rotation. This incredible power
will produce quick starts, crisp throttle response and more power!
Besides the increased power of the MSD, the system also lets you easily adjust the timing! Stock ignitions
tend to retard the timing at higher rpm while the MSD’s Hall Effect Pickup is much more accurate throughout the rpm range of your engine. Also, the trigger pickup plate is designed so you can adjust the position of
the pickup. This lets you easily and safely adjust the timing. On stock engines you will have to remove the
woodruff key on the crankshaft which will cause costly engine or even personal damage. The MSD system
lets you set the timing from 14° to 38° by simply adjusting the position of the trigger pickup
MSD offers two versions of the Small Engine Ignition System. One is for use with stock points and another
with a precise Hall Effect Trigger Pickup which replaces the stock coil and points. Both versions are ready
to install on all Briggs & Stratton® 5 hp, Tecumseh 5 & 10 hp and Cushman style engines.
Both Small Engine Ignition kits can be powered by any 12 volt source or by two NiCad 7.2 volt batteries run together. Each kit is supplied with the Ignition, a battery
harness, timing tape, Pro CD Coil, a cut-to-fit 8.5mm Super Conductor Spark Plug Wire and a heavy duty On/Off switch.
MSD's Small Engine Controller is designed for single cylinder 4-stroke engines like Briggs & Stratton®, Tecumseh or Cushman engines. Three versions of the Small
Engine Controller are offered - PN 41500 for points operated engines, PN 41510 for Briggs & Stratton® engines, and the PN 41510 for Tecumseh engines with a
precise Hall Effects trigger which replaces the stock points. The stock ignition on these engines just can't deliver the powerful spark you need once you've started
modifying them to run with higher compression heads and on exotic fuels. We offer a CDI system that produces in excess of 30,000-volts for a full 18° of crankshaft
rotation. The MSD Small Engine Controller will produce quicker starts, crisper throttle response, reduced plug fouling, and more power throughout the entire rpm

Using factory-style connections, in just 30 minutes you can add up to six levels of adjustable
power ranging from 25-100 horsepower and increase torque up to 250 ft. lbs. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and drivability, while at the same
time increasing fuel economy*.
The Juice communicates along the engine's CAN-BUS data stream, from which it receives vital engine, transmission, and fuel system information. This
enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power curves that are truly custom, rather than just an offset from stock.
When used in conjunction with the Attitude monitor you can control the power levels on-the-fly from inside your truck. The Attitude displays all the information a complete set of gauges would and automatically monitors and displays exhaust gas temperature (EGT), turbo boost, and transmission slip. Its
precise electronics also protect your truck by automatically de-fueling the engine to prevent excessive EGT, boost levels, or transmission slippage. It also
captures and displays 0 – 60 times, quarter-mile times, and actual speed if you are using non-stock tires, as well as a host of other parameters. The Juice
communicates directly with the engine's ECM, from which it receives vital engine and fuel system information. This enables the Juice to provide smooth
and precise power in real time under any driving condition.
The Turbo Timer is the latest in a long list of Edge safeguards. This feature prolongs turbo life by allowing the truck to run after shut-off for a predetermined time or until a specific EGT is reached.
Imagine, within minutes you get incredible power gains, an increase in mileage, and the equivalent of a complete set of gauges with one simple installation!
The following power gains are representative of an actual test vehicle. These gains were measured on a SuperFlow Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea
level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only modification made to the test truck was the addition of the Edge Juice
with Attitude module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle and geographical location.
Your Attitude monitor allows you to monitor the performance of your engine's vital engine components and output values. The following parameters can be
displayed on the main Attitude screen (maximum 4 at one time):

Edge’s latest Juice with Attitude release for the 6.4L Ford is Edge’s most sophisticated and powerproducing module to date. The Juice with Attitude dramatically improves the Ford 6.4L’s drivability, towing capability, mileage and power.
The Juice plugs into the truck’s factory connections in a matter of minutes and communicates directly with the engine’s ECM, from which it receives vital engine
data and fuel system information. This communication enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power under any driving condition. The Attitude is the in-cab
controller that controls the Juice and provides constant real-time updates on the truck’s vital information. Using the Attitude, one can choose from five different
power levels and shift on the fly.
The Juice with Attitude produces noticeable gains in horsepower and ft-lbs of torque — anywhere from 20-70 additional horsepower and 60-120 additional ft-lbs of
torque to the rear wheels. It is the premium power module, controller and gauge package. The Attitude functions as a comprehensive gauge display by monitoring
exhaust gas temperatures (EGT's), turbo boost, transmission slip and engine coolant temperature. The module even has built-in safety features to protect the truck,
such as audible alerts and automatic defueling to prevent excessive EGT, boost levels and transmission slippage. It also displays 0-60 and quarter-mile times, adjusts
for non-stock tire sizes and displays clears diagnostic trouble codes.
New with this module are a color-adjustable Attitude plus a custom pod to make the unit look like it came stock with the truck. Additionally, this is the first ever
Internet-updateable module that Edge offers. Simply put, the Juice with Attitude is the simplest upgrade for the most drivable horsepower on the market.

they are reasonable, cost effective and the product will increase your pride of ownership.
We also build custom extension cable assemblies to
lengthen probes by installing compensated connector systems that reduce installation time without effecting temperature accuracy.
Many uneducated operations will install regular electrical splicing connectors or even copper wire to create a temperature
circuit extension, only to find out that they have actually induced a 100 F degree error or more, into your readings and
possibly causing you to miss-tune and destroy your motor.

When selecting materials for your custom products, consider the highest temperatures the probe tip will see, then think
about the hottest section the wire will see. If your lead is going to be close to the exhaust system, consider moving the cable,
(additional length) and will the cable see water, fuel, oil, break cleaners or solvents? If so, your choice of Teflon insulation
should be the minimum and Teflon has a temperature
limit of 500 F. If you are using Alcohol or Nitro Methane, these fuels will dissolve the Teflon insulation, so
Kapton will be the logical choice. Kapton (700 F. Max)
was developed for the aerospace composite industries in
1968, and found its way into the wire industry because
of its high dielectric strength, toughness and resistance
to rocket fuels and abrasion. It is expensive but you
cannot beat its survivability.

Designed specifically for Motorsport installations. EGT’s engineers have developed a smarter,
smaller sensor clamp assembly that can solve multiple problems. The tapered cone minimizes possible exhaust leaks at sensor entrance. The square clamp saddle prevents sensor rotation. The clamp
dimples allow for pipe expansion due to extreme exhaust temperatures and the stainless steel body
ferrule can tolerate multiple installations. Our lower profile allows installation in confined areas.

If you decide to remove the sensors you can seal the port with our solid sensor caps, eliminating
welding the hole shut. If you break the clamp, it can be easily replaced without returning the

restock, unless requested otherwise. Rush orders received after 12:00 noon P.S.T. and shipped the same day, will be charged a $10.00 rush fee.
PAYMENT: All inside U.S. orders will be sent C.O.D., money order, or certified check. Personal checks will not be accepted. Prepayment by

RETURNS: All returns are for exchange or credit only to make a return, call for an authorization number, securely package the item with a copy

goods must be in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all accepted returns. No returns are allowed on special order items or
electrical parts.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If you order products and then refuse the shipment, you will be charged shipping costs both ways and our normal restocking fee of 20%. No orders will be processed for customers with an outstanding balance due to a refused shipment.
