The international tournament for women's teams, which takes place in Gramsbergen, has
built a strong reputation over the years. 2016 , the 21th edition of this great event.
Why join this fantastic tournament:

Everyone (from the highest until the lowest leagues) is welcome
on the tournament
 With an opening manifestation on Friday evening.
 Matches on Friday evening and Saturday under supervision of
international FIFA-referees, like Eric Braamhaar, Bas Nijhuis,
Pol van Boekel and ex referee Dick Jol.



The tournament will also feature music from a big band and awards ceremony with Dutch celebrities.
Saturday night, a big dance party is held to end the main tournament. A DJ will make sure that this will become an
evening to remember! Entrance for players, coaches and leaders is free.
Fun-tournament on Sunday (not required)
The committee, consisting of eight enthusiastic people annually strives to surprises and innovations. At this
tournament you just have once participated !!!
In 2002, the tournament received a
decoration from Jeu Sprengers, the former
chairman of the Dutch National Football
Association (KNVB) in the Amsterdam
ArenA. The previous participants describe
the tournament as the best and nicest
tournament.

We put a lot of effort in the entertainment program. This is why the
tournament is an ideal way of ending the season with your team. We offer different possibilities for different
budgets. You can rent luxurious bungalows next to the sports park, or you can rent a tent on the tournament
campsite. It is also possible to bring your own tents.
On the next pages, you’ll find the necessary information about the tournament. If you and your team wish to
participate, please send the subscription form back to the organization by e-mail. Make sure the document is
signed by the secretary of your club.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The tournament – Friday and saturday
In June 2016 sports club Gramsbergen organizes the 21th edition of the PLUS international women football
tournament. Matches will be played on Friday evening 10th June, Saturday 11th of June and Sunday the 12th of
June. Matches on Friday and Saturday are obligatory.
To avoid major differences in playing strength, the tournament in 2016 is divided into three separate groups.
 A-tournament for teams playing in the higher leagues of their country.
 B-tournament for teams playing in the middle leagues of their country.
 C-tournament for teams playing in the lower leagues of their country.
All tournaments will be played in groups, and matches to determine the final standings. At the end of the afternoon
there are three finals to determine who is the winner of 2016.
The ‘fun’ tournament – sunday
The matches on Sunday are voluntary. This day, an alternative fun tournament is being held, with different
football related games. Participating teams can subscribe to the Sunday program by filling in the subscription
form.

A team registration fee of € 50,00 per team has to be paid.
Gramsbergen
Just over 3600 people live in the small town of Gramsbergen, situated on the German border in the
north-east of the Province of Overijssel at the river Vecht. In the cosy town centre you find interesting
old buildings, several shops and characteristic Dutch pubs.
Sportvereniging Gramsbergen
Sports club Gramsbergen was founded on 1 September 1945. The clubs accommodation is excellent
with five playing fields, two training and / or playing fields, spacious changing rooms and a complete new clubhouse.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY
Your stay and catering
Because the tournament is being held at the end of the season and many teams would like a trip at the end of the
season, a short break in Gramsbergen is good way to end the season. There is a wide variety of accommodations
available in and around Gramsbergen.
 Stay in bungalows:
Next to the sports park, a bungalow park resides, with dozens of luxurious bungalows and accommodations like an
indoor swimming pool, a café, a restaurant, a mini golf course and bowling lanes. The tournament organization
can rent these bungalows on good terms.
- Bungalow park, 6-person house, Friday 15.00 hrs - Monday 10.00 hrs
€ 399,00 ( € 66,50 per person at maximal capacity).
* The prices above include the costs for administration, booking, insurance cleaning costs,
taxes.
* A deposit sum of €200,00 has to be paid when renting an accommodation.
 Camping on the tournament campsite (rent a tent):
Group tent with floor and lighting, maximal 20 persons. The dressing room
showers can be used.
- Tournament campsite, group tent max. 20 persons, Friday 15.00 hrs - Monday 10.00 hrs.
€ 675,00 ( € 33,75 per person at maximal capacity).
* A deposit sum of €100,00 has to be paid when renting an tent.
 Camping on the tournament campsite (bring your own tents):
Bring your own tents. The dressing room showers can be used.

In the vicinity of Gramsbergen there are several hotels and Group accommodations. We can rent these on good
terms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Regulations of FIFA / UEFA and KNVB are appropriate.
2. Application goes by the subscription form provided by sports club Gramsbergen, signed by the secretary of the
club that wishes to participate. If not, the application form will not be handled.
3. When a team receives the message they are accepted in the tournament, an amount of € 50,00 (per team) must
be forwarded on Bank account number IBAN: NL69RABO0322755255
BIC: RABONL2U It belongs to: SV Gramsbergen. Name bank: Rabobank Groep. Adress: Bezantijnenstraat 4,
7783 BR Gramsbergen.
4. Teams who withdraw after receiving acceptation by the tournament committee to participate, pay a fine of
maximal EUR 1000,00. The team's entry fee will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Note: for housing and catering apply other conditions . See section 7
5. Other payments must be made in accordance with the financial instructions given by SV Gramsbergen.
6. Cancellations or changes in housing or catering must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be the date
of receipt of the written notice to SV Gramsbergen.
7. On cancellation, the following costs must be paid: after the 15th of February 2016 25% of the total costs; after
the 15th of April 2016 50% of the total costs; after the 15th of May 2016, 75% of the full costs have to be paid.
After that, the full costs have to be paid before the tournament starts.
8. Every team must have a leader who is older than 18 and he or she must be a member of the club that
participates. This leader is responsible for damage to property of others, that was caused by one or more members
of the team.
9. If a team uses an accommodation provided, the members must observe any prevailing guidelines, and have to
pay a deposit for their stay.
10. If an entrant causes any trouble, the entrant may be excluded from the tournament or from the accommodation.
Any resulting costs shall be at the relevant entrant\'s expense.
11. SV Gramsbergen is not liable for any damage or injury or any nature whatsoever caused during your stay at the
tournament and/or stay at Gramsbergen. SV Gramsbergen is also not liable on partially or even complete
cancellation of the tournament due to extreme (weather) circumstances.
12. Upon entry, it is assumed that the board of the participating football club (see point 2) and the team leaders
(see point 8) are in agreement with the general conditions described above.
