RESERVATION INFORMATION:
All Cottage Guests Receive:
Crystal Pool Passes:
Complimentary, and provided upon check-in.
Three Ponds Golf Course:
Camper/Cottage Special Golf Rate is
$28 (18 Holes w/ Cart) M-F anytime,
and Sat/Sun/Holidays after 2pm.

Reservations for Summer Rentals are accepted
for Weekly Rentals. Daily requests are considered,
but not guaranteed. (2 night minimum)
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Reservation Deposit - $100. Due within one week of
placing reservation. 1/2 of week’s rent by March 2.
Security Deposit - $150. Required of all renters.
When the housekeeping department has cleaned
and readied the cottage for the next guests this
amount will be returned by mail, less any charges
or damage, missing articles, violation of rules or
other abuses.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $20.00
cancellation fee. Balance refundable ONLY when
cottage is re-rented for the time period in question.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
•
FAMILY CAMPING: This is a family friendly park.
Minors without adult supervision not allowed.
We reserve the right to evict anyone creating
disturbance or being a nuisance. No refunds. Quiet
hours are from 11pm – 8am.
•
PETS & SMOKING: Not permitted in cottages.
•
PARKING: Two vehicle capacity. Additional vehicles
can be accommodated in the amusement park
parking lot, by notifying the park office. Tents,
travel trailers and RV camping are not permitted in
the cottage areas.
•
ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcoholic beverages are not
permitted in the park. Please keep these beverages
at your cottage only.
