Orange1: a continuous flow of ideas and
activities. The Panther is a clap of thunder in the storm of projects involving
Orange1. A fast but well thought-out
race, because fast goes the world. Fast
goes the business. Fast goes the mind.
The Panther is a project born from the
same passion which distinguishes Orange1 team, the result of a constant creative tension. The Panther clearly sums up
the Group’s evolutions and the activities
of its firms, its customers and partners.
This is the reason why the magazine is
organized in different sections. The
front page is dedicated to the corporate
and its news. The second page focuses
on Orange1Racing, a project conceived in 2015 which has been carried out
in 2016 with lot of satisfactions, good
positioning and exhilarating victories.
The next page is dedicated to the People, the motor of the Group. I strongly
desired this section and I hope we can
give enough space to all my team. A short
piece of this page is for the newcomers
who will enlarge our family. Then a section for customers and partners who
have joined our ride to new horizons
and successes. We devote all our energy
to those who have been using our products during these years and work with
us daily. The shopping section gives an
overview on the Orange1 merchandising,
designed by the Marketing Dept. for who
has the courage to dare. To follow a detailed piece dedicated to our firms, a monographic to know their histories and the
successes achieved. Solidarity and sport
closes our magazine. To remind us that
the team, the sacrifice and the courage
are more important than the victory. Together we win. We win when we dedicate
body and soul to our dreams. We win
if we run, like a panther jumping to get
its prey. Like the newborn house-organ

With Italian Graphic Design, Orange1 shapes the future
New acquisition for Orange1; the company Italian Graphic Design based in Castelfranco Veneto has joined the Group. 30
years of experience, passion for its job, the
new division aims to communication and
design. Italian Graphic Design develops and
implements advertising campaigns. The company has specific professional qualifications
in photography, web design, video editing,
printing. It is able to create and deal with
technologically evolved projects. Its function
is to integrate Orange1 services and to provide support to the associated companies. This
is perfectly in line with Orange1 strategy. The
marketing Dept has become a strategic in-

Orange1 by Colnago is already cult
O1/24 hoursSPA is the first exclusive Orange1
bike by Colnago dedicated to the legendary race
that takes place in the Belgian circuit. Orange1
and Colnago represent the Italian excellence
and share values such as creativity and technology as part of their DNA. Born from the racetrack as a collector’s item, this bike is ready to
express its own character in total purity and freedom. It boasts extremely technological design
solutions by creating a perfect symbiosis with
the precious materials. Limited edition of only
24 pieces worldwide, each piece is individually
custom made. The C-60-01, made exclusively
for Orange1, is a unique frame, beyond compare, fully handmade in Italy with great care.
The frame is made of carbon fiber, with starshaped lugs and tubes, an iconic design element
that started with the Master. The sections of the
tubes have increased volume with thinner walls. The same concerns the lugs: they are larger
and stiffer, designed with the same shape of the
tubes which provide greater stiffness and resistance to bending. The rear dropouts have also
strument for the growth and economic development of Orange1. It is very important for
the Group to explain to people who Orange1 is and what it does. The communication

Eyes set on San Marino
The race was fantastic! To be second was really exciting for Simone Campedelli on his Ford
Fiesta LDI. The Emilian driver’s performance
was very good since the very beginning. A superb competition to finish the race second place, just behind his team mate Giandomenico
Basso. Grand finale and crowd to fill the streets of San Marino made the experience breathtaking. The talented and ambitious Campedelli explains: “I am very happy with the pole,
I could make it up easily. This is a memorable
result for me, for Orange1 Racing and Brc.”

Campedelli and Fappani’s car and paid homage to the amazing beauty of San Marino

the Blancpain Supertrofeo and in the International GT Open. Orange1 Racing is racing with
3 Huracán from Lamborghini Racing team. An
ambitious plan projected towards the future. In
this adventure with Team Lazarus are running
the great drivers Nicola De Marco, Fabrizio
Del Monte, Andrea Ceccato and Kenneth Kroepfl in the Supertrofeo Pro and Pro-am while
in GTopen the experienced Thomas Biagi and
talented Fabrizio Crestani.

Cinzia tasinazzo, the woman who holds
the ceo position of Orange1 group
A tangible testament of a winning combination: work and family
Mother, wife, business woman, who is Cinzia Tasinazzo? The Chief Executive Officer of
Orange1 Group proudly tells us her life in the company she has been working for during these
last 38 years. “I have gained a long experience thanks to many years’ activity. I am not ashamed
to say that I came up through the ranks to become CEO of the Group. I started to work in the
company in 1978, at the age of sixteen and I have achieved administrative and managerial skills
as well as an extensive professional competence in the financial and tax field.”
Cinzia’s life is permeated by a strong passion and commitment for her company and her job.
She is satisfy with her professional position, but because she has precise expectations and she
is a perfectionist, Cinzia is still on a steep learning curve!
“Even though I have reached the goal I had set to myself I can still learn more about my job. I
love what I do and I try to do it in the best way I can. Learning and developing my professional
knowledge help me to exceed my limitations.”

heart in this business woman.
“My family is a “nest” where I receive love,
understanding and support. It is the quality
of our time together which makes us a close
family rather than the quantity. I simply adore spending my Sundays cooking for my son
and my husband, taking care of the garden
and my flowers. With a bit of organization all
of this is perfectly feasible. 40 days after my
son’s birth I was already in the office, I have

me, admires the love and enthusiasm I have

Cinzia cooperates with several women; her
leadership style and approach to business is
influenced by her professional experience as
a female.
“I am demanding with my colleagues, but I
allow as much flexibility as possible in managing daily activities. It was difficult for me
to balance work and personal life, I identify
myself with my female collaborators and try
to leave sufficient freedom in undertaking the
tasks assigned. I do not want that my staff
makes sacrifices at home for the sake of their
job.”
In response to the question “ What does it
mean for you Orange1 Group?” Cinzia answers laughing: “ I am Orange1 Group!”

As of September 2016 the engineer Giacomo Raggi will join Orange1
Group as Export Manager for the company CEG srl.
We are certain that both the professional ability and experience of
Mr Raggi will add a new dimension to the development of our business.

The generation’s change increases the success
Orange1: a fascinating history, some strange
twist of fate and the ability of its founder.
It is the ‘70s when a young Leone Donazzan, electronic technician, is involved in the
area of electrical systems. A customer cannot
pay for his work and give him some electric
motors in exchange. A simple barter and the
light is on, the engine starts to work. What a
power! In 1971 was founded the first company of the group, Eme Spa located in Arsiè,
near Belluno. The experience gained in the
big industrial installations’ field makes Leone diverting most of his energies towards
the single-phase and three-phase asynchronous electric motors. The business grows,
the company soon starts a new trade with the
Eastern markets, in particular towards the
former Soviet Union. The fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union
oblige the entrepreneur to revise his strategies. He creates new products without fear
and with the characteristic courage of the
real industry pioneers. It is another success.
In the meantime the next-generation starts a
learning process in the company. It is Armando Donazzan, the current President of the
Holding, who follows the father’s footprints.
Armando has inherited the extraordinary entrepreneurial skill of Leone, his leadership
and devotion to his job. Armando meets the
most demanding creative and business challenges acquiring new companies in Italy and
abroad. Today is the captain of Orange1 Holding, with an annual turnover of 150 million Euro, 9 facilities which employ a staff

On its race to the future
BRC Gas Equipment is a trademark owned by
M.T.M. s.r.l., an Italian company leader in manufacturing automotive LPG and CNG components and systems. With sole distributors
in more than 70 countries, a turnover 2015
amounting to 100 millions euros and more
than 1,000 among co-workers and employees,
BRC holds in Italy a market share of roughly
25%. Main activity has always been the vehicles gas conversion, realizing serial production
of bi-fuel vehicles in many installation centres
on behalf of the main automobile trademarks. Research & Development Dept. has always
been the BRC Gas Equipment drawing power,
representing a 10% of workforce among technicians and engineers and including a mechanical section and an electronic one. Research
always grows and improves. This is the reason
why, in 2010, BRC decided to create a specific
R&D area dedicated to the direct study of new
technologies in the racing world: BRC Racing
Team, a real and complete BRC branch including professional technicians and drivers, with
the aim to find new technologies for every
day’s vehicles, show the equivalent performances of gas and petrol supply, and demonstrate
the resistance of components regularly used
for gas systems. Among many projects, such
as the Green Hybrid Cup, born in 2011 from
the cooperation with Kia Motors Italia and dedicated to LPG Kia Venga 1.6, starting from
2014 BRC faces the Rally Italian Championship with a LPG Ford Fiesta R5 competing
against the big manufacturers’ official petrol
vehicles. Following Giandomenico Basso, developing and leading to success the project,
the car is consigned to Simone Campedelli,
standard-bearer of Orange1 team, who conquers twice the second place in just two races.

Biemmedue S.p.A., founded in 1979, is the
world’s leading designer and manufacturer
of space heaters, professional dehumidifiers,
and industrial cleaning machines. It is based
in Cherasco (northwest Italy, not far from
Turin and Milan), where they design and manufacture Arcotherm space heaters and Arcodry professional dehumidifiers in 25,000
m2 factory. Products are manufactured and

EME SPA launches the new innovative range
of electric motors fitted with a plugged motor protection switch. This protection switch
protects against thermal overload and short
circuits for maximum reliability and durability of the motor.
The combination of the protection switch
and the motor makes this range of motors
extremely interesting for its practicality, simplicity and quicker assembling keeping the
costs low, in compliance with the applicable
regulations.
The power ranges for three phase motors are
kW 5,5, kW 6,3, kW 7,5, size 112 and 132,
while for single phase motors the power range is kW 2,2, size 100. This new range of motors has been improved reducing the start-up

The new stator fitted with external rotor
has large dimensions: diameter of 960 mm,
height 350 mm with 144 caves. It is a 8 pole
stator 100 KW, with 161 Kg of copper and a
total weight of 1650 Kg.
The implementation of the new product was
possible thanks to a specialized team that has
achieved a significant result in terms of product innovation and durability of the stator.

Armando Donazzan’s attention to youth is
clear, due to his support for sport and its values. Orange1 is the most important sponsor
for Bassano Basket.
“The season was good. With a very young
team, the youngest in Italy, we have reached
our goals and saved the rank” said the team
manager Enrico Marin.
“We organized national final matches for
youth sector, and surprisingly we have been
classified 3rd, bringing to Bassano thousands
of athletes and their relatives from all over
Italy. The other 13 teams were good, some of
them were really talented.”
Armando Donazzan is proud of this great result. “Two of our players, a male and
a female, have been admitted to American
Universities with a student grant, that permit
them to study and play in the U.S.A. This is a
good prospect for these students, and for the
whole youth talents, and this gives meaning to
the sponsorship.”
On June 5th, 2016 at the Golf Club Ca ‘ Degli Ulivi located in Marciaga di Verona, was
held the Falkensteiner Hotel Carinthia trophy, where Orange1 was a valuable sponsor.

Helping young people and supporting them
in life difficulties, this the aim of Armando
Donazzan and Orange1 lodgings project.
“This venture is growing day by day. 15 teenagers are going to be hosted this year, two
Serbians, a Montenegrin, four Italians from
Veneto and eight from other areas” declares Carlo Da Campo, who works together
with the project creator Enrico Marin.
