School to Careers – or STC for short – is a partnership developed by Herkimer-FultonHamilton-Otsego BOCES among schools and businesses in the region with a goal of connecting
students to jobs in the area.
All career pathways fall into one of the 16 nationally recognized career clusters shown below.
The STC Guide to Mohawk Valley Career Options provides a glance at each of the 16 career
clusters in the Mohawk Valley – providing examples of local companies, giving an idea of salaries
for local jobs and noting the level of education and work experience needed for each of the jobs.
