inside edge at ground level the white posts on the 7th (up
to the limit of the path crossing the 8th), also the 11th and
to the right of the inside edge of white posts on the 10th
and 18th holes.
Overhead Power Lines: A player shall disregard any

abandon the ball if not readily retrievable and drop a ball
as near as possible to the spot from which the original ball
was played (Rule 20-5).
Integral with the course: Out of Bounds markers
effective for the hole in play, also the screen safety netting
protecting the cottages, left on the 13th. There is no relief,
play the ball as it lies or under a penalty applying rule 28.
Water Hazards: Ponds on the 7th, 16th and 17th holes

boundary of the hazard is the natural depression contours
marked with yellow posts and/or a yellow line and extends
vertically both upward as well as downward.

Bounds white marker posts that have no significance for
the hole in play. (Note; removal of a white post earns
a two stroke penalty.) 150 yd distance marker posts;
Fairway indicators at 150yd and 100yd; Overhead Power
supply posts and their stay wires; Saplings with rabbit
guards. Through the green, if there is interference with
stance or swing only, a ball may be dropped within one

hole, without penalty (Rule 24.2).

to the right of the 7th, 16th and 17th holes and left of
the 14th.
Bunkers: Unless a bunker is totally under repair and
defined as such by the committee, abnormal ground
conditions within a bunker do not change the status of the
bunker and rule 25 applies.
Pin Positions:
Movable Obstructions: Stones in bunkers; Yellow and
red marker posts, please ensure you replace them.
