Ricotta and Parmigiano made the same way as our famous

All of the items listed above are made fresh to order, refrigerated, come in disposable pans and are ready for you to heat and
serve. We can cook and have any of these items hot and ready to serve for an additional charge of $15.00 per pan. If you are
having a formal dinner and would like to use your own cookware please feel free to bring it to us and we will make our lasagna
right in you pan!

Our antipasto platters are perfect for any special occasion! In addition to quantity, we
focus on the quality and the appearance of the food we are presenting! Using only the
platter comes with the following:
Genoa Salami, Mild Sopressatta, Ham, Mortadella, Pepperoni, Prosciutto, Provolone,
Caciota Toscana, Fresh Homemade Boconcini, Mixed Olives , Marinated Mushrooms,
Roasted Peppers, and Pepperoncini. $10.50 per person with a 10 person minimum order.
Other combinations are available if desired; pricing will vary depending on items used.

Our Focaccia is now available by the full sheet pan! It can be cut into 18 of the regular
size pieces, 36 half sized pieces, or cut into 72 bite sized squares.
